Ordered refridgerant on Friday before Monday federal holiday received around noon on the Monday holiday. pretty quick from Arizona to Alabama to me. Had been messing around locally for two weeks trying to purchase got in three days. Thanks

FedEx tracking indicates that an order I placed on Wednesday, March 8 has been delayed in Olive Branch, MS since March 13. As of 12 noon on Thursday March 16, I have no idea when my order will be delivered.

We are very saddened that you are upset so badly by circumstances beyond our control. As I am sure you know the Southeast US has been experiencing severe inclement weather recently and this has caused some delays to FedEx shipments. As you can see by the tracking information we shipped your order immediately and Fed-Ex has no interest in delaying shipments of Hazardous materials as it is a lot of extra work for them. Everyone just wants you to get your order and be happy.
I wish you had contacted us first before leaving such a negative review as even though it was beyond our control, we would have contacted Fed Ex to see if there was anything they could to expedite it.
As it turns out the tracking shows your order was delivered the day after you left us this unpleasant review. I hope you have better days in the future.

I HAD NO PROBLEM WITH ORDERING THE GAS OR GETTING DSELIVERY. THEY EVEN CHECK ON THE ORDER BEFORE THEY SHIPPED IT BECAUSE I ORDERED A DIFFERENT SIZED LAST TIME.

Great Customer service; I had to cancel my order, and they did cancel it; I had order R22 freon, but then my technician said my unit had too many leaks, thus I didnt need the R22 anymore; Chiller cancelled my order and refund my money. Thank you Chiller
