When I checked on the website to see…
When I checked on the website to see where my order was, they had cancelled it, no reason, no email.
Order cancelled.
My order was cancelled due to the store advertising its many products on the site not able to send nationwide within the UK?!! Very disappointing
Ordered afternoon tea
Ordered afternoon tea. Delivered a day late and terrible terrible food mashed up from transportation. Never again
Poor delivery service
I am a regular customers of a local bakery in Cambridgeshire. As a busy person I thought it would be a good idea to have my 3 sourdough loaves delivered to my place of work.
The navigation through the website is a nightmare but it is still more acceptable that their service. My delivery was scheduled on Tuesday but turned up on Thursday (minus two loaves). Previously, the order was completely mishandled and the delivery arrived almost a month later. This time we had to chase up the order every day and to write them several emails to put it right. Their customer service is appalling and they do not seem to be bothered by the fact that they are damaging the local businesses reputation. I will avoid using this spasmodic delivery circus in the future.
SALES PREVENTION WEBSITE!
SALES PREVENTION WEBSITE!
Trying desperately to support local businesses but this website is so bad it's impossible to buy anything. It is without a doubt the worst online shopping experience I've ever had.
1. I literally cannot enter my adress, it asks you to start typing it then slect from a drop down. When I select my address it randomly changes the street and postcode. At checkout you can manually type in some details but not the postcode to correct it!
2. I cannot find products because the search funactionality is so bad.
3. It's slow - took 20 seconds just to load the homepage. I've tried 3 devices sat next to my router - definitely this website not my line or hardware.
4. Navigation is awful - you have to constantly return to the homepage and start again to go into a different retailer.
Given they are a portal rather than retailer themselves they had 1 thing to get right, the website, and have failed miserably at it. Whoever designed it needs to be sacked, this site is damaging 100's of small retailers at a time when they are struggling to stay afloat. Truly shameful company. AVOID!
Terrible experience with Click It…
Terrible experience with Click It Local. I was approached by a sales guy who was unprofessional. I thought maybe he was just starting so I gave him the benefit of the doubt but still not good enough for me. The website is confusing and you are better off using another aggregator. Good idea in concept but won’t work long term. Stuart, Just-Eat and Deliveroo offer better solutions.
As a small business owner
As a small business owner, I have had a terrible experience with Click it Local. I registered and setup my business as one of the sellers 3 months ago. But there's been no feedback or reply or contact whatsoever. I've sent emails and messaged the web online assistant to chase up regarding this but there has been ZERO contact at all. Even just a simple email would have been great but I am absolutely appalled at the lack of customer service. For a company that "champions" small businesses, this is highly contradictory and their communication is definitely left much to be desired.

This is such a great idea!
This is such a great idea, especially now, when we all want to support our local businesses so they can survive this crisis. The product range grows every time I look, which is fab, and my orders have always been on time. Plus, I love that you can search for vegan products. What more can you ask for?!
