Comfort Storo.
Had a pleasant chat with the sales person regarding getting someone to fix my sink and toilet.. then it just went down hill.
Two ppl in my little bathroom.. the sink was fixed, but the toilet had its inner works changed out. Then the apprentice noticed they’d forgotten reinstall an important part, so they had to start again.. not bad when their hourly rate is ticking away.
I told the head plumber that there was a leak from within the bowl.. he said it was too slow to be a worry.
Within an hour of them leaving I had a puddle of water around the pipe.. another came back to fix that, the next day… successfully 🙌🏽. All fixed, so I thought .. the toilet leaks from within the pan but now on two sides.. ( so if I had a blue block and the pan changed colour to blue, it would be gone in under an hour )
I contacted them at Storo .. all my mails regarding this issue were ignored .. not once answered.
I’m made a compliant several times within the warranty for work done period.. no reply.
This was my first time using what I thought was a reputable company.. I thought it was best to do that to make sure it was all above board and professionally done..I’m left frustrated with a leaking toilet and a non responsive company.. that was four months ago.. I’ll never use them again!!
Worse thing was I actually gave them more work by recommending my son, when the second plumber came around and fixed the puddle on the floor!
