A wonderful local Estate Agent. We needed to sell two houses and move 300 miles to Lancashire. In order for this to happen, we needed to complete both sales on the same day. At any time I had to call them form some reason, they where extremely polite and helpfull. Issues with the property where resolved in timely manner. Communication between me, the agent and the landlord was very good as well.
