I've used CC for at least 20 years. The support is always there ready to help. I do wish there were more options for templates but you can make your own. Canva is connected too but I sometimes have a glitch with it. It is easy to navigate and you can use it on your cell phone. There are some small differences but that's life,lol!

I have used constant contact in a few different roles and always found it easy to use, easy to brand, with great reports and controls.
From setting up my monthly newsletters, to sending out a quick note to sections of my lists, its easy and intuitive. Worth every penny for the engagement.

CC has better reach (opening rate) than other platforms such as Mailchimp which I also use. The interface is a bit old fashioned but works well. There should be an easier way to insert an email reply in a newsletter - not having to use the email mailto link generator. I only have 9,000 subscribers but get charged according to the tier for 10-15K subscribers. I would like to downgrade to 'Standard' @ US$ 160/month but this doesn't seem possible. Based in Asia, it's inconvenient having to talk to support in USA time.

We did research before going with Constant Contact and we have now been using the service for 2+ years and have been very happy with the performance. There have been some positive upgrades and we have no plans to look elsewhere.

Constant Contact makes it easy to do what a lot of businesses and nonprofits do a lot of: send emails and keep track of them. But they have also just implemented a whole bunch more tools that look really interesting. They, arguably, make Constant Contact into a whole new kind of platform. It still does everything we expect of it, but adds a lot more.

I use Constant Contact primarily for emails with the church groups I coordinate. I love the ease of creating great-looking messages and incorporating group photos, linking to web pages and embedding videos. When I started with CC many years ago, it was because the program was similar to Word with which I was most familiar. So many improvements and upgrades have been made over the years which could have been intimidating except for the excellent tutorials that have accompanied each change. The program is easy to use and Contact lists are easy to manage, too. It's helpful to see who opens the emails and when. (I have lots of early morning readers so scheduling an email for 5am catches the bulk of them every week.) I only use a small fraction of the features available, but what I do use makes group communication easier and my messages (hopefully) more engaging. Totally worth it!

I have depended on Constant Contact for at least 20 years. Together we have survived upgrades and continuous changes in our membership. We use your Contacts, Events, and Email features. I would really appreciate a better way to test my embedded message and event links, some of which escaped verification and led my community to the wrong place. My members take great glee in exposing my mistakes.

I have built my entire business on Constant Contact’s email platform. My business IS my newsletter. But their continuous tinkering about with the basic product, adding options and functionality I neither want nor need, is a perpetual bugbear to me.

Constant contact used to be my favorite company. Then you switched everything over to this new design. Now everything is absolutely difficult to find hard to manipulate and not anywhere near as user friendly. Thank goodness you have great customer service which is the only reason I gave you four stars. But you've done nothing to make a online experience better. You've just complicated it overthought it and you're trying to be all things to all people. And of course I expect the price to continue to rise now that you've made it so complicated that nobody can use it. I'm trying to find a better option. After over 20 years you are driving me and others away. Sometimes simple is better. Have you ever considered having different options for programs? Maybe let things be a la carte?

Offers a huge amount of options to make and create what I need for my businnes.
Also it is easy to use and unerstand. Everything is located where it should be so there is no need to hanging around looking for tools, templates, images, etc.

I watched every video I could find. Your platform is very user unfriendly. Why cant't you drop and drag into a blank document and make it your own. Your downloads reformat the size and my announcement, as sent out looked fine on my screen but was wonky when it was received by the recipients. Made me look like an amateur! And I paid for additional emails to be sent. I made sure I clicked on the correct segment (I had 4) and watched the notice say they were sent. Only about 995 people actually received the invitations out of the 1658 that were supposed to be sent! BOOOOO Constant Contact.
