All emails sent yesterday - The links were going to a broken SSL certificate because Constant Contact had not renewed their SSL properly and all of their subdomain redirects were not working from within all of our emails. Even all of our past emails, every link inside was not working because the SSL was broken.
When I tried to contact support, it was a very slow process for them to escalate it to tier 2 support even though the tier 1 support could not help me at all. Eventually it got fixed overnight but still meant that an entire day of sending thousands of emails ended up with links that were broken.
All because of a simple clerical error within their tech team, where it should just have the SSL certificate renewed and tested, pretty straightforward.

We have been using Constant Contact for years and will never leave for another! The products, tools and interface are easy to use and dependable. The price is right for us -we are a small not-for-profit and this suits our needs perfectly. The few times I've had to talk to customer service, they have taken care of my issue immediately and professionally.

Constant Contact is an excellent program for sending emails to one's audience or customers. We only use CC for emails. We have been using CC for at least a decade. Also their tech support is very helpful.

I used to love Constant Contact. As they have added more and more features, it has more and more glitches, nearly on a daily basis now. This creates extra time-consuming and costly work.
Today, I was editing an email that needs to be sent soon, and I kept getting error messages that it could not be saved. I finally called support and they told me they could see the changes, and to log out and back in. When I did that, as I suspected, all of the changes were gone, and I had to do all of the editing all over again.
This is just one of a series of ongoing problems. Recently, I had a segment that I was adding to a list. It said it was adding a certain number of records to the list,(about 20) but did not add two of them. When I did it again, it added 4900 records to that list when there were only 20 or so in the segment. I will never get that list correct again. So frustrating!

The Constant Contact platform is intuitive which make designing our email communication easy. The report is also helpful in seeing what call to action examples work. Finally, when I am stuck and need technical help, the cunstomoer serivce team is provide helpful and timely guidance.

It is easy to put together an email newsletter. The only difficult thing is lining pictures up with the text sometimes. That's where I might make it a 4.5 star review.
BUT I recently started using CANVA and saw that I can integrate from there to Constant Contact which is amazing. That is a good workaround to the picture/text situation.
