Total scam! They say they offer a 365 free trial. I tried to return a sheet set that I didn't like after 2 months. I went through the returns process, and was sent an email stating that I would receive my return label shortly. I never received my return label. Calling the number on the website takes you to an out of service message.

I am very happy with my purchase of Cornucopia's Supima sateen bed sheets! I have respect for this company who has somehow found a way to produce a very high quality luxury product at a remarkably affordable price. In my experience these sheets are a superior value for money compared to all of the sheets that I have seen and used in department and big box stores over the years. It is clear that the sheets were made to a very high standard of quality. Even the packaging was first class...even the super high quality packaging reminded me of the beautifully designed packaging used for Apple products. The sheets are very soft, and substantial in construction. Not thin and cheap. The bottom sheet has an sturdy looking elastic liner to hold it in place well. The bottom sheet also has pockets that are deeper than what I have experienced with sheets I purchased at Costco and other stores, which I need because my plush mattress is quite thick.
