Honest, fair and diligent, the team were excellent from start to finish. Replacing my boiler, they explained every step along the way; critical to put me at ease. Matt even went out of his way to set up my system to run as effectively as possible, providing a demonstration on the boiler at a time of my choosing.... I would recommend Cotswold Plumbers to anyone.

Matthew is extremely proficient. He says exactly what he will do and does exactly what he said he would. He assesses the situation calmly and clearly, advises what he considers the best course of action, gives a fair price, and completes the work within the expected time frame cleanly and without fuss.

Matthew from Cotswold Plumbers is a master of his trade. He resolved our problem quickly and efficiently. We called him in for a second opinion on a problem that was proving difficult to solve. We had been without hot water and heating for over a week. Matthew fitted us in his schedule. He was reliable and was determined to complete the task in hand when aware of our plight. Contacted Cotswold Plumbers for a quote for installation for a new boiler system and removing old system. Matt responded promptly, explained what he thought was the best solution for us, talked us through everything. First rate service. Mathew arrived to assess the problem (we needed a new boiler, and quickly, the old one was leaking badly). He explained and confirmed that it had to be replaced, managed to find one for collection within the hour, and to our very pleasant surprise, said he could complete the job the same day. He was a tad more expensive than a nationwide plumbing orperation, but the timing was worth it, and we favour using local companies.
If they are always like this, and no reason to doubt it, I would highly recommend Cotswold Plumbers.

We had tried a number of locally and nationally advertised firms. We had a succession of failures to even visit or to give very expensive quotes for unnecessary extras. We then tried Cotswold Plumbers. What a difference. Courteous and efficient office staff who arranged a suitable visit immediately. We were told that the work would, if possible be carried out at that visit. The engineer arrived early, inspected the problems, had spare parts on the van and rectified both problems. I needed a reliable installer after my boiler packed in. Looked at reviews and business websites before giving Cotswold Plumbers a call. Matt was able to come out a couple of hours later to survey and give me a quote. He was also able to get the old boiler ticking over for a few days to give me hot water. The new boiler was fitted a few days later and am pleased with the work. They also come out when they say, which is a real bonus. Highly recommended.

We had our boiler replaced. Very good service throughout from first contact. They came to check the site and provided a quote and were very clear on how long it would take, what was covered by the work and options. On the day, they worked with minimal disruption and left everything nice and tidy and explained the controls. Super company to deal with.

Our boiler suffered a sudden and terminal malfunction..... so no heating or hot water! Cotswold Plumbers responded to our SOS with a same-day visit, to assess the problem, and returned the next day, as promised, to repair the boiler. They provided a prompt, efficient and friendly service and we highly recommend them.

Old boiler was having problems. Called Cotswold plumbers and was advised that a new boiler was needed. I was given a full explanation as regards the age and problems regarding my boiler and also helped as regards a possible new one. This was all done without charge. I thought about it overnight and decided a new boiler was the way forward, especially with Winter approaching. I rang Cotswold plumbers and was given a slot for installation just a few days later. Jack arrived on the day on time and got on with the job straight away - hoover and dust sheets on hand. The work was done by early afternoon. It was a fantastic job in that the boiler was fitted to match where the old one had been and even the cupboard that enclosed the pipe work was cut to fit the new boiler - this was really appreciated! The boiler is now working perfectly and I have set the thermostat as shown. A brilliant job done and a friendly and efficient service - no complaints
whatsoever.
