I don't have my milk delivered, I mean who would these days but my neighbour does. The avenue is woke up every night at 230 am with the most beat up transit van delivering a bottle of milk.

Dysfunctional, Disorganised Incompetent

This is the most disorganised and dysfunctional organisation I have come across in a long time. They are not just incompetent but incapable of recognising and accepting responsibility for their errors. They are expert buck passers and don't appear to be able to follow simple delivery instructions.

I have ordered my milk and other items

I have ordered my milk and other items, like eggs, oat milk, broccoli etc for a good few years now. They are excellent regarding delivery, and I love that I can alter my deliveries up until 9pm at night.i can pause deliveries on my creamline app for when I go away, it's really helpful.
If i had to be honest, the meat and fish products are too expensive for me , but are handy as you can order if you are unwell or have unexpected guests etc.
The milk wagon needs a little TLC also, as it has been noisy just recently, hope you can get this fixed, but thank you for an excellent service all year round , we are very grateful to your company.

Ex employee.

Ok I didn't want to do this. But today I had to. I worked for this company for 3. 5 yrs. They treat staff like sh.t. now if they do that then you know they will treat customers the same. The negatives are all true. I had 1 day off with noro virus. Got a disaplinary. I was told I had to come in and work now I'm handling food and drink which they were happy about. Bet the customers wouldn't be had they known. There is a cancer within that company and it needs cutting out. Avoid at all costs.

Reliable Deliveries. Fabulous Custom er Service

Fantastic, reliable milk and produce deliveries. Even deliver garden compost!
Tried greengrocers with my milk delivery for the first time today. Arrives nice and early. Slight hiccup as short of 1 item
Left message for customer service. They not only refunded the missing item but also had the courtesy to phone back to discuss the problem and prevent future issues.
How lovely.
Would highly recommend this company to all. Great range of goods with a smile.Fantastic, reliable milk and produce deliveries. Even deliver garden compost!

We persevered with this company for…

We persevered with this company for nearly two years but they continually failed to deliver parts of our order not even letting us know not offering alternatives. customer services were not bothered, they assured us that we would get our order the next day and then it failed to arrive. We also had bottles of milk that went off in a few days. We spent at least £40 plus a month with them but then left in disgust. Totally unreliable.

As a person who has used Creamline in…

As a person who has used Creamline in the past, I cannot give a bad review as they were always top notch with deliveries. The only reason I stopped using them at the time, was because we didn't use as much milk, and we always ended up throwing most away.
The reason I am writing a review today, is because I am disappointed in the fresh fruit they are delivering to work. I think a complaint has been raised already, but not for this first time in the past couple of months, we have thrown away a fresh delivery of bananas, as they were black when they turned up.
I am not sure the actual company packs these boxes, but the ones that do are at fault - so hope Creamline pass on the displeasure.

Vile company!

Had nothing but problems with this company, not reciveing orders on the day I ordered them for and then being overcharged for items I did not receive! The last straw was the bottle of apple juice I bought. When getting towards the end of the juice I noticed the bottle at the bottom looked all black and gooey! I took photos and emailed Creamline and they sent someone out to pick up the bottle for it to be sent to be investigated! This was 2 weeks ago and I had to keep emailing them to ask what it was at the bottom of the bottle and I have just recived an email back from someone to say that he had not recived the bottle to investigate but had seen the photos and from the looks of it, it was an old bottle and the older the bottles are more impossible to clean properly so they can sometimes mix the products with mould!!
This is absolutely disgusting. To admit that the bottles are not clearly washed properly is a joke. After reading all the negative reviews I still went ahead and gave them a chance as they are a local company to me and would rather give to them then the big supermarkets but after what has happened it is clear to say I will not be using them again!

Dysfunctional & Dishonest Company

Dysfunctional company who don’t respond to messages or emails and then extremely rude when you do manage to speak to them. Dishonest with billing but then threaten customers with solicitor letters.

Following this poor experience, I had a quick look on Trustpilot to check if the shocking customer service received was a one off (maybe Ellie was just having a bad day) however I was shocked to read that this was not an isolated incident and the majority of reviews are shocking which demonstrates this was not a one off poor customer service experience.

Great local produce

For the first time this year we ordered our Christmas meat and veggies from Creamline…turkey crown, pork joint and gammon. They were amazing. Our guests all commented on how lush they were and extra bonus that they were all local. Would definitely recommend. May be a bit more expensive….but a lot better quality than supermarkets, and supporting local suppliers.

I am a long time customer and in my experience I have found ALL the staff to be professional, knowledgeable, cheerful and friendly 🙂 Nothing ever appears to be too much trouble and I have no hesitation in recommending them if you are considering changing your supplier. The Most Inconsiderate Milkmen in Cheshire?

This company deliver to my neighbours. They wake me up every single time they deliver. So brazen, having a full blown conversation at 3am in the morning. Absolutely unbearable. Can see from other reviews, I’m not the only person to experience the same issue.

Teething problems that did get sorted out!

I'd like to say at the start that these issues were resolved, and has been a great service since. I'll leave the original review on, just updated the score and conclusion. A complete nightmare. I'm putting this up On behalf of my partner, whose name the account is in. On Thursday evening, our an order in for £25.78, plus the £1 returnable deposit. Confirmed the amount on the banks app, thought no more of it. The following morning, they had only taken £1, and because we had ordered over £20, they couldn't deliver without prior payment. We had confirmed it the previous evening. They cancel an item, bring it down to £21.74, £20.74 outstanding. We pay it on Friday am, receiving confirmation email at 10.28am. Monday morning and still not received anything. I send an enquiry asking about delivery, and the same lady I spoke to on Friday says she has no record of any order. Once her supervisor has investigated, they tell me at 8.55am it'll be sent out to me in an hour. It arrives at 12.35pm, with £8.44 of items still missing. Have taken a picture of what was actually delivered, and have asked can we either take delivery of outstanding today, or get a refund. I would have been willing to order again, as it's a local business, but the missing items is the final straw. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!

Just an update, have had a reply from a different member of staff (this time Nikki, had been dealing with Liz previously), who has apologised and said delivery of missing items will be tomorrow. Is it a case of you get different levels of customer service depending on which member of staff you deal with? The rest I could have put down to teething problems with first order, but the missing items, excuse the pun, was what was leaving the sour taste. See what happens tomorrow.

It seems to be teething problems. After the first two weeks, things have gone perfectly. All orders have been delivered, all billing as and when expected. Weve even started using the bakery service they offer, and do recommend this. Last week we spent £7.20 in the various bread products, and there's some left over in a house of five, nine days later! Better quality than the shops and a massive range.

Creamline have absolutely no…

Creamline have absolutely no consideration of people being asleep when they deliver their milk. Midnight driving really fast down a cobbled street so the van rattles and causes extremely loud noise and wakes the street up. I have complained about this twice and they have never got back to me.

Cons: Delivery time is too late (they say 8am but we found it was sometimes after this) so for those who leave early for work, you are left with milk outside all day.

I've switched back to McQueens Dairy who deliver by 7am but from experience usually beforehand
