Great company with amazing cars and deals, big thanks to Phillip for meeting me on his day off it’s really appreciated, Couldn’t be happier with my car would highly recommend cvf group!

Purchased a car from these in October straight away found faults with it, tyres worn to cords(which I received money back for) and a diff warning light on the way home, pretty much impossible to get hold of. Rude and very dismissive, the worst aftersales service possible, still 6 months later and they havent sent me the logbook.

Do not use this company. Do not trade in and do not sell or buy with this company. All seemed well at the beginning however 5 plus months later still having problems with the legalities. I won't go into too much detail but this company are a complete shambles, full of false promises and lies. Do not go near them.

I Bought an Audi off these guys 6 moths ago and it was a big mistake! Whilst I was driving home (30 miles trip) the engine light come so I told them and they sent me to a small garage which you wouldn’t want to go to especially with the car being £34k! I’d expect it to be sent to Audi! Also found various rust spots on the car which I Reported and they just wasn’t interested in repairing the car I kept messaging them and calling them and they just ignored me! I really wouldn’t recommend buying a car from them no matter how good the deal is! I only bought the car because it was a good deal but I should of just paid the extra bit and bought a better one! They are messers!

Quick response from me enquiring on a Mercedes’ A35. The sale went through like clockwork. Was kept well up to date with how it was all going. Would definitely recommend buying a car from these guys. Top notch.

I bought a GLC from them and I can’t fault the sale or finance on line, but after I received the car, that’s when they don’t give a monkeys about you. ( I’m being polite)

If your after crap service, communication and constantly being lied to, this is the garage for you.

The car wasn’t valeted when it arrived, it had engine management light on so hadn’t had a service. When I took it to Mercedes and they diagnosed it, they gave me two pages of faults.

They owed me over £1800 on a part exchange, took over a month to get the funds back. constantly lied to when I would receive it, and would never return calls or emails, from all departments.

Buying a new car should be a good experience but not from this cowboy outfit.

The team were super approachable and attentive, delivered on the technical and budget car criteria we proposed and supported us all the way from old car handover to driving away with the new one and all associated paperwork in place. Given the tight turn around we needed this service and attention to detail was super impressive. It is not the first time we have used CVF and it definitely will not be the last. I’m always sceptical buying from anywhere else than a main dealer. However, for the second time cvf have shown they are friendly and professional with a laid back attitude keeping rest assured that everything is done to the standard it should. Great service, thanks Phil!

I bought my Range Rover from CVF which was recommended to me.
What I really liked is the salesman ,Philip, took time to ensure what I wanted and then found what they had to completely match my requirements rather then just find a car that they just happen to have in stock.
The financial details wher explained clearly to ensure I was satisfied.
The car is in perfect condition so will definitely re use CVF when I next replace my car and have recommended them to ever asked me for a trustworthy and reliable car sales company.

Purchased a car from CVF. At first everything was smooth. They were the only few that actually accepted me and gave a good rate so thumbs up for that. But overall the service was terrible. When ever you ring they don’t pick up. They had to order me a part In due to it not working. Was promised it would arrive the following monday been nearly 2 months now since I’ve purchased the vehicle still not received anything!

Over all service and after care is 0 from these guys!
