Wish I could give them 0 stars

Wish I could give them 0 stars. I have always loved cybrary up until now. I deleted my account. So I was excited to sign up for their annual subscription since work was paying for it. I tried enrolling all day today and kept getting errors. Just a few minutes ago I received a new error " can't create subscription for fraudulent customers." I'm offended!!! Like I said, I'm far from fraudulent. Also, their customer service is a joke. I emailed them, and I just had a dude reply back with my message quoted, that was it. I'll find another great resource like linux academy and spend my money there. Cybrary obviously didn't want my money nor value customers!!

The courses are laid out well

The courses are laid out well, and are well presented. I wish there was an auto play option for the video lectures for a given course. That way you don't have to always click on the next button. I have not taken a certification exam yet. So, I can't say for sure how well it prepares you for the exam. Once I complete my 1st exam in November I will update.

Promising IT training

The website and the trainers provide updated courses, labs and virtual machines are easy accessible and in everybody's language.
I haven't had the chance to have a look at least on all courses I would like to complete, but I could say instead that the website is very promising. I recommend it to everyone interested in extending or improving the own IT "field".

Thank you for the courses.
Best regards,
Daniela STOICA

Excellent Platform

Excellent Platform, rich to learn. There is, however, something missing.
The time allocated to exercises is underestimated. When it comes to do the practices Labs, we realized that the times is often more what is announced.
At the end, a Career Path can be more longer than the time Estimated.

Like for the lessons, it might be necessary to make also videos for the practical exercises as it is done on all others Platforms like: Edx, SANS, Udemy, Youtube, etc ...Why not on Cybrary?

Thus the learners would save more time.Otherwise.

However I would always recommend Cybrary to people who want to learn something new in IT.

Mo' Labs, Mo' Enjoyable

The labs have been very helpful and keep me motivated. In the original CCNA, there were no labs. The current has a few labs where i can practice. This is invaluable. Thanks.

Cybrary is a place where i am seriously…

Cybrary is a place where i am seriously learning a lot about Cyber Security. There is a lot of great beneficiary information about information security. There are labs that give a person hands on skills to get them ready for the job training. The career path is also very great and helps ALOT. It so helps you stay on your career track. I am very excited to be here and i am learning a lot. There are practice tests that are informational. Whatever question is missed, there is thorough explanation on why it was missed and give the correct response and also explains other choices for the questions. I am really having a great time and my goal is to obtain as much certifications as i can. Oh yeah also, the mentors are great and they respond to questions rapidly and are very willing to help you in achieving your career goal as a Cyber Security Professional.

The material was OK

The material was OK. I never heard from a mentor nor had any assistance after purchasing the Pro subscription. I was basically on my own.

If I could go lower I would

If I could go lower I would. I reviewed several of their courses and they were bad. The CCNA content was wrong. The organization ISO is officially called International Organization for Standardization. They only call themselves ISO because it is short for the Greek word isos, which means equal. ISO doesn't stand for International Standards Organization. There isn't an organization called International Standards Organization. The TCP/IP model came before the OSI model. The course is wrong.

Disappointed that no one can solve my issue

I have had several message back and forth with support technicians over my issue with finishing up the Sniffing Course with no resolution. I have been stuck on the test portion without the ability to view a console that is mentioned in the test questions. I keep being told to clear cache and try again. For the third time, this is not working. Severely disappointed that an organization teaching technology fundamentals cannot fix this simple issue.
