I would give *minus* 5 stars, if this was possible. Reasons:
a) The promise of a "same day delivery if you order before 1 pm" wasn't kept, although I ordered early, around 10 am.
b) Unlike most other web shops, I one has to buy a return label for 39 kr.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that the delivery did not arrive the same day as expected.
We do offer same-day delivery on eligible orders placed before 1 pm, and your order was processed and handed over to the delivery company the very same day. As we also explained by email, we contacted the carrier immediately after hearing from you, and they prepared the parcel for delivery that afternoon. Unfortunately, the assigned Burd driver did not show up for work, which caused the delay. While this was outside our direct control, we fully understand how frustrating it is when a promised delivery time is not met.
Regarding the return label, we normally charge 39 DKK. However, we even offered you a free return label in this case, which you chose not to accept.
We are therefore quite surprised that you still feel our business deserves 1 star — or, as you put it, “minus 5 stars” despite the fact that we processed your order correctly, did everything we could to have it delivered the same day, contacted the carrier immediately, and also offered you a free return label.
We have reached out to you by email regarding the situation, but have not yet received a reply. We remain happy to continue the dialogue and hope we can clarify the matter further.

Service is good, but slow.
Service is good, but very slow. You must allow plenty of time for even a small purchase, or even just a collection. I had to wait at least 20 minutes just to pick up a click and collect. I do understand that this is in part because they take their time with customers, but bad organization also plays a part. Even after I handed over my order number, it took the guy 5 minutes or so to go and get from the store room.

A month of waiting instead of 5 days
I ordered my bike and was promised delivery within 5 business days, but I ended up waiting a month (!!!!). The operators said they'd contact me but didn't give any specifics. It was a bad experience. And the bike didn't arrive in the original Specialized box. I ordered a bike on May 5th and received it on the 20th. If I had known about this, I would have ordered it from a different store.
