hello, I am super happy with my package, it arrived extremely quickly, and yet I am in Martinique. It seems quite fragile as a texture but after use we see that it is solid.

I got the black harness with cuffs. It’s pretty easy to put on.The material isn’t thick as I thought it would be so it can be a bit fragile so I suggest not tugging on it. Other than that it’s super sexy and comfortable. I honestly love it and I would recommend it. Forsure gonna be getting more.

I am in love with the bondage wear I ordered! It really makes you look and feel so hot🔥. It arrived with a little delay but all the correspondence through email was happening really fast and my problem was easily sorted out! Recommend 100%

I ordered two items. It took 1 month for one of the sets to arrive. Unfortunately, the size is not even close to M as supposed to,instead it looks like it's XSS. The refund policy says you can't return anything after 48 hours since your recieve the shipment, and the customer service is non existent. Nobody ever replied to my emails, whats up number does not exist.
The item came from China, the quality Is very poor. It's a waste of money and time.

Great customer service. My order never made it to me, but the customer service rep got me refunded right away, and they are also offering me store credit in addition.

The products I purchased were awesome! The quality is great, my fiancé has had no complaints about comfort while wearing the harnesses, she absolutely loves them!
The size being extremely adjustable makes them perfect.

Shipping was actually quicker than expected. If you don’t get your tracking numbers right away don’t worry, I had to wait a few days for mine as well but the products came no more than 10 days after receiving the tracking numbers.

Customer service was awesome as well, I was concerned about the tracking numbers and when I messaged them on instagram about it their response was very timely and helpful!!

5 stars, if I could give more I’d give more but unfortunately this is only a 5 star rating system.

EDIT 2: This company has tried to get this review removed by asking Trust Pilot to check the validity of my review. I've had to upload documents to show my actual purchase. Stay away from this company. Changed review back to one star. Do yourself a favor and compare the legitimate one-star reviews versus the clearly fake five-star reviews.

EDIT: The company finally got in touch almost right after I posted this review, they were offering a refund + a store coupon in exchange for me removing this review. I accepted the refund and am now editing this from one star to two stars.

Ordered an item on the 20th of November, tracking shows it got returned to sender due to an address issue (which I've literally never had before). It's now the 28th of December and I have yet to receive a single reply to my emails or DMs. Reading all these other reviews and comparing the 5-star to the lower-star ones it really looks like a lot of these reviews are fake as in my personal experience customer service is not around at all. The next step is to talk to my bank to get a refund, at least they will reply to me.

I was a little worried since it is my first time ordering from here and I didn’t get a confirmation email, but my order arrived in about 3 to 4 days after receiving my tracking number. The IG customer service also helped me in a timely manner as I ask about the confirmation email and were really nice when they offer help. The quality of the order is pretty high, The harness is soft and the costume looks just like how it is on the website. Overall a very good experience! Can’t wait to get my next piece!
