Had a great phone call with Kim, she was really understanding and supportive about my situations and gave me some great advice and helped me resolve my problems.

Every member of the team I have spoke to has been really helpful, reassuring and non judgmental. Have explained everything clearly and respond quickly to emails and queries. I feel that a huge weight has been lifted after talking things through with the team. I honestly feel that it’s turned my life around.

I called debt correct with a few queries about my plan and spoke to Emily who was able to answer my questions and put my mind at ease about a few things. Very helpful experience.

Spoke to Bella who handled my query super fast and was absolutely lovely. Polite professional and efficient. Particularly with the nature of the calls that you guys receive with people in hard times she was so lovely no questions as to why just handles my query with ease. Put a massive smile on my face as was super anxious about asking for a one month break.

Emily-Jayne has done great to help me with my debt and providing great solutions. Any issues i’ve had with my creditors, she has addressed and sorted without hesitation.

Payments to creditors are not transparent or traceable. I have had a missing payment to a creditor unresolved for over 2 months. I have also closed the plan due to Debt Correct not paying the min payments to my creditors resulting accounts being arrears. The plan made my financial position worse. I have never defaulted or been arrears before. Avoid this company at all cost.

I phoned debt management and spoke to Kim and explained that I was unable to pay this weeks payment and can I cancel it and start from next week and also that I was struggling with the payments due to the fact I had council tax,tv licence,water bill and car insurance this month she helped by reducing my payments each week starting from 29th March and everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently without any issues.
