out of date and unsuitable items
I received an item that was 4 days out of date. Also two items that had bovine collagen in them even though I stated that I was vegetarian.
Would not buy again.

Accidentally ordered two advent…
Accidentally ordered two advent calendars, have emailed trying to return one but they are ignoring me
Advent calendar not delivered
Advent calendar not delivered, 4 emails ignored. Onl the threat of a chargeback got me a refund. A thoroughly unscrupulous company that doesn’t value its customers
Another missing advent calendar
Same as other posters, ordered an advent calendar at the end of September. Evri sent it back as was damaged in transit, the next one is currently missing in action. It was a gift but is 1st December now so had to buy a different advent. Have asked for refund but total silence from DEGUSTA. Was Groupon voucher too so just know it's going to be a nightmare to sort. Would never order from them again.

I have had 2 calendars sent out now and both have went missing with Evri and I have contacted several times to see what is going on and haven’t had a single reply!! I even resulted to commenting on their social media posts for them to keep deleting it👍 an advent calendar should be delivered before the 1st of December especially when you preorder it in October! And if you know Evri are to blame you should use another Courier.

I’ve ordered x2 advents calendars. I’ve had NO EMAILS stating when delivery will be! It’s almost Dec??? I’ve sent 5 messages asking when they are arriving, no responses. Customer services is non existent!

The worst customer service ever
Customer service from this company is terrible. I ordered an advent calendar which was damaged when it was delivered and the contents falling out everywhere. Hardly a surprise now is it. Anyway it takes them around 2 weeks to get back in touch offering a 50% voucher off another advent. When I tried to order it wouldn’t allow me without subscribing first. I have no intentions of doing this. I’ve never known a customer service to be so bad and very very slow. 3 weeks after and it’s still not resolved.

Ordered an advent calendar - received notification that advent calendar had been delivered.
Except…it hadn’t.
Emailed Degusta who replied pretty quickly with the usual “look around the property and ask the neighbours”
I did this and replied to the email. Nothing. Sent another email. Nothing. Sent a Facebook message. Nothing. Tried to call - number not in use.

This was my first box and I was really happy with it! I didn't look too much into what I'd receive as I didn't want any spoilers but I couldn't believe how much was in there! Absolute bargain eith something for everyone and I can't wait for my next box!

I love receiving my monthly Dégusta boxes. They are a real treat! I don’t always love all the products - though actually I usually love most of them! - but they are always great value, introduce me to fantastic new products - and I can always find a friend who will enjoy the things I’m not so keen on! The surprise element is a big bonus to me. I’m always being introduced to something exciting & new!
I like the fact all the contents are quality
I like the fact all the contents are top quality, sure you get the odd thing you dont like, but generally I try everything except the kiddie stuff which I give to my Great Grandkids. Always fun to recieve the box, like having Xmas 12 times a year...
Customer service is appalling
Customer service is appalling. Received the box on the 19th September, couldn’t find an expiry date for the bread. Emailed them on the day. Response on the 29th September? Can we see a picture. Sure. I send over a picture immediately on the 29th September. 3rd of October they tell me to check the back (which I already did on the day I got the box). Told them on the 3rd October that it’s not there. No response. Email them again on the 8th October saying I checked the front & the back, nothing. Understandably I’m not eating something I can’t see the expiry date of, especially if it’s bread related items. They email back on the 22nd October, 2 weeks later and a month after initial contact. Can I send a picture of the back? They can review it. Well the bread has been looking off already so it’s been dumped. All of it could’ve been solved if their customer service rep actually paid attention that their business deals with food and some foodstuffs do also expire. It feels like the company doesn’t care about responding to you. Customers shouldn’t have to wait over a month to still not get a solution.
box fine but customer service....
The box itself was perfectly fine. Some items I liked, some I didn't. Tried a couple of things I wouldn't have, actually the box was good but jot good enough. I decided to cancel. But then one of my close family members died and with everything I forgot to cancel the box.
I was reminded when a payment failed this morning, so I go onto the website to cancel.
Eventually found the option to cancel but
due to failed payment my account is on hold and cant be cancelled.
Annoying but understandable, so I looked for how to contact customer services, found a form with drop down menus to specify what issue you were contacting about.
Wrote out an explanation of my family member dying and hence forgetting to cancel send.
Turns out if you select cancel in the drop down menu you just get an automated message sent back with all the options for delaying boxes and so forth. It specifically says that what you wrote wont be passed on to the customer service team.
So I had find the customer service form again, I had to write it all off again and choose a random issue subject and now hope they have the ability to send it to the correct team.
It seems like such an obnoxious way of doing things by having a cancellation request just send you an automated email back.
Its really really annoyed me, hence the low review. It should be as easy to cancel as it is to join.
But all in all the box was decent 6/10 id say.

Awful experience.
Took 7 payments, refunded 4. Refusing to refund the other 2. Received one box with half the items missing. Can’t even get hold of anybody to sort this out. Having to go through my bank now instead
Lots fun, some lovely tastes.
I'm really enjoying my discounted Degusta box, some very nice products at a much reduced price. Have a look round their website to see their offers!
Don't waste your money
I was supposed to have a welcome back box and additional free box both never arrived and the next box had items missing to the value of £8 after 2 months I have managed to get a refund for the price of one box. Customer service is shocking,no one answers a phone and they take 10 days to answer an email and even if you reply straightaway it takes another 10 days. Not worth wasting your money.

I first became aware of Degusta when I saw an advert for the advent calendar, which was hands down the best value advent calendar ever! I've since subscribed monthly and about 85% of the products are great
Overrated box
Not a great box in September. Too many spicy products and a mini blender that doesn’t work well.
