Like the box but issues

Like the box as get random things would not buy but last few ive had missing items and things what are the same ive had before and don't get bonus items anymore Evan paying full price

First box was great but down hill from there

First box was great. 2nd box complete let down. 14,99 for content you could get in Herons for under 8,00. all they are doing is off loading stock exactly the way herons work. Not value for money at all.
also make it near impossible to cancel the account. Make sure you use paypal so you have control to cancel the payments

Decreased quality and disappointing support

I'm very disappointed with this subscription. I've been a customer for a while but the value of the boxes has really decreased, the alleged bonus I get from being a + member is null, and there is no customer services. They pride themselves on getting monthly feedback, which gives points to redeem free boxes. For the past few months, this has been unavailable to me (today is the 18th, the survey has already closed) - when I've been able to submit it, it wasn't read or actioned upon. I've contacted Customer Services 12 days ago for a separate enquiry (not a complaint, just a question), no response (+ members are supposedly a priority). Never got the alleged extra points for my birthday. No reminder before the automated renewal - I admit this is shared responsibility but this a standard practice.cutesy in my opinion. I've been disappointed in their box before, cancelled an renewed after a few years, I'll stick to the advent calendar once my current subscription is over, won't make the same mistake again.

My first box was great

My first box was great but didn't get any free gifts like others got in their first box.
I am looking forwards to this month's box.
I have also ordered the advent calendar and if I like it I will order each year.
I would like to know when they deliver the advent calendar though as I can't find the date on the website.

Great first box but not received 2nd box.

I was really pleased with the contents of my August box. However, I signed up using a 2x1 offer and the company hasn't sent out a second box. I've emailed numerous times and tried to contact on Facebook. When I had a reply they said they had no record of me using the 2x1 offer. I have since emailed them proof of the ad I used to get the offer but still not heard back as to when/if I'll be getting a second box. Would love to have a response please. They are saying they don't have evidence of me using the advert I used which means the advert clearly doesn't work. They're dragging their feet in the sand and not confirming when I'll get the second box, if at all. Terrible customer service!

Charged twice and no refund received

I've been overcharged on my first and only month of subscription, they charged me twice the monthly amount. I've been trying to get a refund, but their customer service stopped replying since I sent all proofs. DO NOT trust this company, they are scammers and horrible customer service

Truly Awful Company - No Customer Service Whatsoever

Avoid at all costs!
All is fine when they are taking your money, but as soon as something goes wrong, they just bury their heads in the sand and feed you lie after lie or just plain ignore you.
I was a Premium Member which was meant to come with 'Priority Customer Service'. My box failed to be delivered in August 2025, and I was told on 2 occasions that it would be back out for delivery in 4-6 working days and I should look out for notification from their courier.
This never happened.
When I escalated the complaint - emailing on 4 separate occasions to give them a chance to resolve the issue, they just ignored my emails - I only got an automated response.
Their lack of customer care is mind boggling - they are fraudsters and should be avoided at all costs.

I’ve purchased their advent calendar…

I’ve purchased their advent calendar for the past two years and absolutely love it! The 2024 calendar was a bit similar in contents to the 2023 one, so I’m hoping the 2025 edition will bring some fresh surprises. That said, I truly enjoy the daily excitement of opening each window to see what’s inside. It makes a wonderful Christmas gift for someone special—or, like I do, a lovely treat just for yourself.

I signed on on a link on social media, I have not received an email from them , money keeps coming out , boxes delivered, disgusting customer service not response, 2 weeks of asking to cancel and I’m. No further on , payment is cancelled-do not buy

Four monthly boxes received, very happy

Degusta sent me an email offering three months of free boxes. I accepted. I received every box on time without issue, unlike my painful, paid-for experience with Snackverse. They then offered me a fourth box for £9.99, which I received today, again without issue. My experience so far is this company does what it says it will do, doesn’t make stupid mistakes and provides good products to try. My partner and I have enjoyed/used most of them, a couple of products passed on. I’ll probably subscribe now on the basis of a tried and tested service that doesn’t give me a headache. I look forward to receiving their boxes of yummy and often healthy/low fat/low sugar products.

Subscription Cancelled, Yet They Charged Me Again – Twice

I cancelled my Degusta Box subscription and received automated confirmation. After they wrongly charged me, I contacted them and they issued a partial refund — and confirmed that my account was now cancelled and no further charges would be taken.

Despite this, they charged me again weeks later, after confirming cancellation.

Now they’ve changed their story and claim my account was never cancelled, despite email proof to the contrary. This is either deliberate or grossly negligent.

Repeated unauthorised billing, contradictory customer service, and no ownership of the problem. I’ve now had to escalate via my bank, Resolver UK, and Trading Standards.

Avoid — this company does not handle cancellations or customer trust properly.

I so look forward to receiving these monthly boxes. They ALWAYS contain something I would never think to buy in the store.
It arrives in a quality strong box, always on time and in my secure place.

Have used Degusta for a few years now &…

Have used Degusta for a few years now & they were excellent at first but since the beginning of 2025 they have gone downhill. Every month I have missing items from my monthly box and even when they send a replacement, the replacement box has missing items too. Their response is to give 5 points towards a free box which is insulting.
I don’t know if there is a new person in charge but they really need to sort themselves out because they are not providing the service that I am paying for.
