STRAIGHT FORWARD ON-LINE ORDERING SERVICE as long as you know your model, chassis number, engine size...If you don't there's always a professional member of staff on hand to help the ordering process along.
Dispatch times are excellent and purchased items have always been well packaged and arrived in good order. Can't fault the buying experience thus far - would definitely recommend.

Absolute joke
Ordered 2 replacement Porsche 997 shock absorbers , they advised a delivery date and duly delivered , so we set about dismantling the vehicle expecting the delivery later the same day , parcel did indeed arrive but departed paying £685 they delivered the wrong items , agreed it was their error and they would replace .. then needed to chase several times eventually being told available in 30 days ! The parts where on 3-5 days when I correctly ordered their error , then refunded and said sorry can’t help you absolute complete joke , notwithstanding this was the second order they had messed up in as many months stay clear look glossy but really don’t know what they are doing ! Sourced new shocks same day cheaper same units from heritage who delivered next day ! Designn911 absolute joke

On this occasion, it’s clear we made an initial picking error, and we completely understand how disruptive that is when you’ve planned a repair around expected delivery times. We also appreciate how disappointing it must have been to then receive conflicting availability information afterwards and ultimately feel we were unable to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
This is not the level of service we aim to provide, particularly for urgent repair orders, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
