Nothing fast going on.
Was a previous customer with glass fasser and the internet was great and it was fitted with days of ordering. I moved apartments and thought I’d use them again because they were good the first time round. Nothing but a night mate ever since.Ordered the internet back in February as it said I was available in my area. A week had past and I had not been contacted so I asked when it would be fitted. To my suprise I was told it would take up to 10 weeks. 11 weeks had past so I ask again nothing no answer phone always gets cut off the chat feature is rubbish always takes hours for a reply. So as I haven’t received any help any useful information I asked if I could just cancel no harm done just my time wasted as They so say I don’t need to pay until it’s fitted. They won’t let me cancel and have locked me into a 2 year contract because I went past 14 days. I thought it was 14 days from getting it fitted. This in unbelievable. Told me to be patient and have told me now it will be fitted between July and September. 🤦♂️ If they told me it would take 2 -3 weeks to get it fitted I would of said ok fair enough I’ll wait. Coming up to 6 months now. I had to get a 2 year phone contract just so I can feel like a human with internet in my apartment. They won’t give me any contact details to cancel the contract.

We move to a new apartment in February 1st and we asked for glasfaser Internet. We realize the cables wasn't available here in our city. But We guessed that it wouldn't be so difficult to conect. It's 2024, Internet cables are everywhere!
Since there it's been a nightmare! In may will be 3 months that we still have no Internet. The customer service is terrible always rude, not straight. No emails only by phone and it takes a while. I don't recommend it to anyone! We wanted to cancel since we are not getting any sort of service, they said we couldn't cancel it. We are terrifying and how bad it's their service and how they deal with their customers! I honestly don't recommend it to anyone! It's unbelievable that Internet conexion takes 3 months in 2024 to be sorted! This company is a joke!
