My second shipment has not arrived
My second shipment has not arrived. Was to be delivered Wednesday and I have yet to see it. When I asked about it the reason was Fed Ex and COVID!!! My first order came right on time. I’m wondering if this is the norm?!

While all shipping carriers are working to get back to their pre-covid delivery times there was a spike in shipping volume around the holidays from which they are still recovering. It does appear that your second shipment was caught in that spike in volume, which is why it has been delayed.
Please rest assured that this is in no way the norm, and FedEx is expecting to return to pre-covid transit times early February. In the meantime, rest assured we are absolutely happy to help you with your order.

I am giving a score of 3 stars only because I didn’t get the assortment of foods I asked for, and I felt like I was given the leftover packaged items from the many business names. Although I’m pretty sure it’s all the same, but really! If I was a NEW customer I probably would have questioned my BIG order with concerns.

Long time happy customer
I’ve been using your products for years. Your variety has grown! The protein bars are my go to. They have fewer calories with more protein than most bars and taste better. The snacks have gotten better and better.

Tried a couple of new products from Diet Direct since Optavia seems to be running out of things. Both of these items were really good and cheaper than their counterparts from Optavia. Other reviews on these same items were very negative, but I really enjoyed them after being on Optavia for several months.

You folks as always did a excellent…
You folks as always did a excellent job, BUT the pathetic USPS did there usual 1 star service. I still have not received my order yet as it is now sitting in Atlanta another lousy distribution point. My order sat in Fayetteville for three days before it moved to the next point and now one day sitting in Atlanta. Who knows when it will ever get here hopefully next week, if I'm lucky.
