Sent me a broken lamp- not allowing to return
They sent me a broken lamp. upon asking for help as i was wondering if I pressed something wrong I received on reply and upon realising it was actually broken and asking them for help to return it they never replied. It is still under 30 days since delivery and I am willing to return it- but without any response it is simply impossible.
Do not buy unless you are based in Italy, they are not helpful or responsive.
USD 200 for nothing.

Great service from this company
Great service from this company - I found the Flos Glo-Ball floorlamp and lightbulb I wanted and all the information was easily accessible. It was also the cheapest I could find it compared to other websites and I also received a Welcome discount for my first order. The lamp arrived 10 days later and was very securely packaged - it took me a good 30 mins just to cut off the outer 'skin' and get the packaging off. The glass bowl was in it's own secure packaging. So easy to plug in and put the glass bowl on top - it really does look like I have a beautiful moon in the corner of my room and I can change the intensity of the light as I wish.

Best price+shipping for DCW floor lamps I found online.
The product shipped on time (there was a waiting period for back order - but that was stated during the ordering). Delivery (in my case) was via DHL - so delivered to the door and no damages to the packages.
The pricing for the product including shipping was lowest compared to two other sites that do deliveries to Macedonia - so that is also a plus.

I tried emailing and the email got bounced back. I think you sent the wrong fixture. I had ordered one with a 180 degree beam spread, or wanted that and the description suggested 180 degree beam spread. Instead the beam spread is maybe 30 degrees total, 15 out the left and 15 out the right 180 degrees opposed to each other. VERY unclear from the description. A simple sketch showing the beam spread would be helpful.
How do I return this fixture???

Very quick response to the order. Perfect product and very happy!
One small criticism: FedEx gave a day of the delivery which they did not adhere to. So I then called to delay the delivery the next day because I was travelling; I spoke to FedEx representative and arranged for another suitable date. However, after this discussion the parcel was simply left in my driveway! It could have been stolen if I had not been able to call a neighbour to pick up the parcel!

Our commercial mislead us. We specifically asked you if our choice of lights was an electrical one . He confirmed and they were solar. disappointing from a company like them and zero commercial gesture from them to take in charge the shipping costs in light of what happened
