Worst customer experience

Worst customer experience I have experienced. Ever. They handle distribution for lenovo in the UK.

After 10+ calls and 5+ emails, they still haven't done anything about a simple issue. Applying one voucher code. At this rate I'll be taking legal action just out of principle.

update: after complaining here and a few more really annoying exchanges they did their job. Still overall 1 star.

Hi, Rory - thank you for your review. Digital River facilitates the transaction/checkout experience for global ecommerce brands (payment, tax remittance, compliance and fraud mitigation).

Multiple vendors can be involved in fulfillment/distribution. I've asked Trustpilot to ask you for more information via private channel so we can better determine the issue at hand and hopefully find you an answer or resolution.

SHocking customer service

SHocking customer service. Incompetently run company that apparently has no direct communication between customer service and warehouse. Can't tell me why they haven't shipped my order, can't tell me when my order will be shipped. Can't even tell ne when I will hear about either of these things. Flat out awful

For what it's worth - Arrived quickly

For what it's worth - I was very worried when I ordered a Lenovo laptop from them after I saw all the negative reviews on here.

But the scheduled arrival time was 2 weeks and it came in about 5 days.

It is a very sought after laptop too - so all in all very happy with the speed. Haven't spoken to a service representative at this stage - so that could be another story all together.
