I have no complaints. My order arrived in the specified time-frame to the Channel Islands. No problems with a VAT refund which can be a major problem with a lot of on-line retailers.
Would recommend this company to anyone hesitant in buying a T.V. over the internet.

Fantastic service can't fault it whatsoever, ordered a 32" Sony Bravia and it was there next day at my work address before 8 in the morning. Definately recommend no question.

I wanted to fit a large LCD TV into a cabinet with a swivel Bracket. Your staff could not have been more helpful. Agreeing to measure a stock bracket and giving me manufacturers links for more data. Bought bracket and tv at best price and quick delivery. All fitted perfectlyinto the cabinet and pulls out when required.

Direct TVs gave good communication, delivered our TV very quickly and found out it was £115 cheaper than a certain high street store!! Have recommended and will definately buy from this company again!!

Did a lot of searching on the internet to find a good deal for the Sony TV I wanted. Direct TVs were the best by a good margin - I got exactly what I wanted at a great price. Drove to their store in Huddersfield and collected the TV, no problems at all.

Good service and cheap although I was disappointed that I had to pay a 5% surcharge for using a credit card. Also I see that the price of the product I bought has now been reduced by £100 2-3 weeks after I purchased the item which is disappointiing. Very quick delivery though and knowledgeable sales staff.
