DKLM did great effort to chase the necessary document from the third party. The extra efforts were much appreciated.

I am so glad I chose DKLM to help with my apartment sale. I want to express my appreciation for the support from the DKLM team, Brenda Tao and Kimberly Chan.

I've been impressed with their professionalism and service level during the process. They update me on the progress and information timely and thorough.

Even though we experienced a heavy delay from the buyer's solicitor, the DKLM team had been proactively looking for the ultimate way to deal with the issues, seek solutions and provide recommendations, which contrasts sharply with the slow-down of the buyer's solicitor.

DKLM is the best choice.

Buying our first property was very daunting and we were unsure of the hurdles we would face. I am so happy we chose DKLM to act on our behalf and I would chose them all over again. The service received was impeccable and both Sandeep and Joseph explained the process thoroughly and always welcomed questions... which was good as I had plenty!

Our Report was very detailed and we were provided some great recommendations.

There were many situations in our process that were stagnant due to the other party - I would like to say that DKLM were constantly providing us updates and thorough responses to all parties, to ensure no clarifications were needed and this really sped up the process in my opinion. You really cannot fault the service received, which is a true bonus.

I have used DKLM for two properties and received excellent and prompt service from them. They were always available on the other side of telephone and email when needed.

They were slightly expensive compared to online based conveyancing company but their quick call response , technical advice and experience will pay for the difference. It is always recommended to receive better and experienced service to avoid long term / big sim problems.

I would always recommend them and will come back in the future if needed.

This was my first time to sell my property in London. I harboured a lot of worries and uncertainty. Luckily, BRENDA Tao and her colleague Ms. Kimberly Chan worked very efficient and professional. These were released almost all my worries. They answered my questions promptly with a great patience even a simple and sometimes irrelevant questions.
Brenda closely monitored all the proceedings and frequently advised me well before the situation happened. Her dedication was deserved a good review by me.

Can’t speak highly enough for Mohi and Grace in the DKLM firm, they went above and beyond in ensuring my purchase went through all the hurdles they encountered on the way, they finally completed on time and although some of the challenges were demanding they kept professional and were there to guide and support me.

If you want a solid firm who will ask the right questions and do a detailed check on a purchase, then DKLM stands out, I was really impressed and appreciated their conveyancing report document!

Only reason not a 5/5 is that I do believe they could work on their communication in the early weeks and months, although I know it’s quite and a lot awaiting on seller and local searches, just having a small email update saying there is no update and we are on track, would be nice and reassure a client that the purchase is still in process. I would see if you can pay extra for this comms service if not included, otherwise great service and people!

I had respected Kiran like my brother and when the rumors that they behaved badly with the Raja brothers spread... I didn't agree.
However when push came to shove and I needed a file... it conveniently "got lost" and Kirans memory conveniently faded... As sad as it was, it showed the true lack of any moral and integrity.
Although this is based on fact and I have evidence... this is my honest review and not slander or libel... do your own research before you trust this man with your life. Because I won't ever.... his "snake" side finally came out. Amazing what even "nice people" will do for money!

This firm is a crap law firm. It is an untrustworthy and very unprofessional law firm. Solicitors are very inefficient and put their client's at risk. The client has to chase up numerous time to update the progress of the case. The solicitors do not serve the best interests of their clients and breach the trust of the public. This firm is certainly not recommended.

Had a really great experience with DKLM on the sale of my flat and purchase of my house. Really competitive on price and excellent in terms of communication and efficiency.

Would absolutely recommend!
