Staff friendly, got everything that I wanted.

Visited cafe with friends,could do with more staff on to serve as hot drinks cold before hot food served

My 1st ever visit to this branch of Dobbies as my own local one no longer stocks much of anything. Wow what a store this one is, from friendly helpful staff to shelves packed with everything you could want and more. I got my Virginia creeper which was the reason for my visit , even got 20% off and 2 free hot drink just for signing up to their club card...I will be back ;-)

I visit Dobbies Ayr regularly and I have always enjoyed the experiance. Over the years I have also visited Breahead on numerious ocastions as well as Dobbies Milngavie my experiance has always been good. The restaurant has varied choices of sandwiches hot food and a great selection of cakes ! Thank you Dobbies.

Was prompted to visit by an email claiming " 20% off everything!!".
Turned out it was 20% off everything ...except...except...except ??!!
Please don't insult my intelligence and waste my time with these silly emails.

The staff are always very friendly and we did notice a big improvement in the quality and presentation of the food in the restaurant.

Very clean very tidy,lots of products to choose from.

Always enjoy going to Dobbies Ayr. Staff are always helpful & friendly. Enjoy the coffee shop as well as buying plants. Will now be choosing some spring bulbs.

The cafe is too short-staffed. They are all working so hard but queues are ridiculous, compounded by out of order self service hot drinks machine, no milk in the working one, and no cups!

Food at lunch time was fab. Chicken but sandwich with lovely salad. Staff were pleasant although may be a slight shortage of helpers. There was still a smile from them.

Visited Ayr Dobbies and saw a lovely outside bar which was exactly what I wanted for my new summer-house,Lorna sorted everything out for me and the delivery was quick, the 2 boys delivered it and put it exactly where it was to go,so thank you Lorna, Stuart and Casey for all your help.

This is my second visit within 2 weeks I gave a review on my first visit which was a great shopping experience. Service standards and value items purchaces. I went back to pick up garden bulbs had and purchased a fire pit which was on sale. Yet again overal a very relaxing enjoyable time spent in your Ayr store

Very helpful staff, great cakes and coffee.
We did not really feel that the Sainsbury part was brilliant.

Great we had a cuppa and cake and a lovely wander round the shop. The plant bonanza was still on so naturally we bought more plants than we have space for lol but we had a nice visit thank you

As always enjoyed coffee and plants

Friendly helpful staff . Shop was well stocked . We had scones in cafe and the staff were so friendly and helpful even though the line was busy .
