Staff food and gardens a pleasure to visit

Having discovered that some garden furniture was in stock at Shenstone I spoke to Bradley Crowther on the phone. Professional, polite and very organised he ensured that on arrival the box of furniture was on a trolley ready and waiting for me to take to my car. Overall the process was smooth and effortless. Thank you for your excellent customer service

I couldn’t believe how dirty this store was, the kitchen bowls were filthy& so was the restaurant floor. I also saw a dog lift it leg & pee up the shop fittings. Totally disagree with dogs being allowed inside, yes let them walk around the outside area but not where food etc is served. Above the doors in the kids play area is full of cobwebs.

We had a nice afternoon in the restaurant for my Mom’s birthday. We had afternoon tea for four which was pricey but she really enjoyed it and as she has dementia she feels familiar coming here. What let the visit down was the awful stench from the toilets located by the restaurant. They are always smelly but on this occasion they were appalling. People were coming out complaining and I did complain to a member of staff in the restaurant who told me to go to the office. I told someone on the till. This is a common problem, but one that could surely be rectified easily.

we had a really lovely day at Dobbies the staff were friendly and the day was sunny. The only problem was it was so hot inside and no windows had been opened

Had a nice catch up with my Sister in Law in the cafe/restaurant.

Had a potter after and bought a plant.

Lovely place to get flowers plants gifts from nice large bistro/cafe area

Very good selection of indoor plants but can be expensive compared to alterative options.

Pleasent staff in the cafe made me feel special for my Birthday treat Sunday tea & cakes

I went to buy garden plants which I found and had a really nice selection to choose from. They were lovely and healthy and so I was very happy with my purchases. The staff were lovely and very helpful, everywhere was well stocked and tidy.

Well laid out store. Lovely and airy in this hot weather. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. The only downside was the restaurant was unfortunately closed due to problems with the tills. Enjoyed our visit

I do have to say I wonder if the staff at Ripples actually want to sell fish. After ensuring our tank was fully set up we had to endure a lecture from a man who quite frankly loved the sound of his own voice.
I suggest that maybe this store do not sell fish treatments that they have not read the back of the bottle of. Avoid this fish provider if you do not want to be lectured. Terrible customer service.
