We visited the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised to find the quality of food and its presentation were greatly improved since our last visit.
Our only criticism would be that tables were being cleared but not cleaned, we had to ask a member of staff to do so.

Lovely soft play for the kids. Clean and well maintained. Staff are always very helpful.

Whilst waiting to pay for goods (non Dobbies branded item) all tills went down and staff were trying their hardest to rectify the matter - unfortunately some Customers were so impatient to pay for their goods and were not helping matters by complaining very loudly and trying to queue jump! Your staff were all excellent and, in my eyes, were going above the call of duty in exceptionally difficult circumstances - one member of staff even offered to ‘hold’ my item since they couldn’t manually process my purchase due to it being non Dobbies merchandise (Regatta rain Jacket)! Great selection of items. Clean and well
presented store with lovely displays. Restaurant service quite slow, food selection and quality is good. Cakes much improved upon previous years taste wise.
Oversight at the till where I was charged full price for a sale item - I didn’t check the receipt until after I had left. Always friendly and helpful polite staff. Toilets are always clean and enough to cater for everyone. 😊 Dog friendly cafe is great - spacious and comfortable.

People are very helpful, however, I was disappointed that at the till I was not alerted to the Bulb Offer ie 4 for the price of 3 or 4 for £12 etc - I missed out on getting this offer - there should be something on the till that alerts the cashier to this fact so I could pick up another bag of bulbs! Disappointing

Visited for lunch which was nice but at times there seems to be a bit of a wait. More staff at the busy times for the sandwich/toastie/panini section and also hot drinks section would improve the experience.

Beautifully kept, spacious garden centre in a pleasant location. Very well stocked and the restaurant was clean and made lovely coffee. Our visit made us happy.

Great centre, restaurant could use a modernisation. But staff and plant selection were brilliant.

Loved the food (breakfast out was a big treat for us as we have needed to shield), lovely big airy restaurant in Stirling and helpful, pleasant staff. Very disappointed that ALL the free teas from the last two years have been wiped off my card. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. I have now cancelled the direct debit. Karen

I always enjoy a wee visit to Dobbies! Nice and relaxing cup of hot chocolate and millionaire shortbread, was lovely! Staff are always helpful and friendly

One of the best Dobbies Garden Centres I’ve visited, the staff are so cheery and friendly and the cafe staff are always great and serve hot fresh tasty food.

Dobbies in StirIng is very handy for all my garden requirements. It has a good Cafe and we enjoy using our reward card coffees.

I enjoy visiting Dobbies as there is a huge variety of things from plants to furniture, clothing etc. I feel their plant and pot prices are very high, that is the downside. Their coffee and scones are wonderful and being a member it entitles us to two free coffees. Busy times the service can be a bit slow especially around lunchtime which is normal for most restaurants. In summer, indoors gets very warm, sometimes unpleasant, very refreshing visiting the plants outside.
