Competitive, quick, good range of gear.

We had a fabulous experience buying from Drumshack. We needed what we thought was a larger than normal bass drum case, once we had ordered online, the team called and emailed us to check and provided us with the information we needed to ensure that we purchased exactly what we needed. John at drum shack was very professional and helpful. One of the items I ordered was out of stock and would take another 14 days to arrive. John very kindly offered me a replacement that cost £10 more than the one I had ordered, he wavered the £10 for me. The items arrived the next day.

Really positive experience. Brought Mapex 6 piece drum set and stool. The stool I ordered online was out of stock, but was called and changed to a better one. Very good service and speedy delivery. Would recommend buying from them.

The ordering process was simple and efficient, shop staff were friendly, helpful and courteous.

First time using Drumshack and placed my order online. Had to call to make some changes to my order and they were very helpful and even left notes on my order to keep track of any changes.. Order sent quickly and Excellent delivery time. Everything arrived packed very well and securely and everything arrived as described. Still waiting on a hihat clutch but they told me they were waiting on it arriving from their supplier which I'm aware of and happy to wait on.

Clear communication and all round great buying experience.

I had to wait a couple of weeks on my items coming into stock before receiving them by delivery..but communication to myself from drumshack was excellent on how long I'd have to wait from the start of the order til delivery..items arrived well packed and in first class condition 👍
