I contacted EAV Pro Audio & Video prior to making an order online and I received good professional advice. A slight problem when going through the online order process prompted me to call again, and again the issue was quickly sorted. Two days later my order arrived so all round I rate this company as excellent.

The customer service we received was top notch. The gentleman who assisted us in ordering was extremely helpful and we received the item as promised- in record speed! Would definitely order from them again!

Didn't know EAV previously but they were cheapest on Google for LD Systems wireless IEMs, easy to buy (didn't have to register etc) and they arrived 9am next morning. Very happy with the whole process.

We ordered 8 Trantec microphones, transmitters and racked receivers, along with belt packs and a signal booster, plus cabling. Jonathan at EAV was extremely helpful with advice and support. We purchased this quite close to a major performance so there was some pressure to get it working properly in a short timeframe. Jonathan was available on the phone and called me back to talk me through the setup and problem solving for our situation.
I would recommend the customer service of this company highly.

Ordered an in ear monitoring system on Saturday afternoon. It was delivered by Tuesday morning. Great website, easy to negotiate, got exactly the product I asked for at the best price I could find on the Internet. Will definitely be using this company again. Brilliant!

I've recommended Jonathan at E-AV to others without hesitation. He's always helpful, courteous, knowledgeable about what he is selling, and offers good prices. Delivery has been prompt and to agreed dates every time, including arranging delivery to client sites with limited access or delivery time windows. What's not to like?

I wanted a turntable and hummed and ahhed for ages before coming across this site. There is help instantly on hand should you need it. I asked a couple of questions that were answered to my satisfaction and I plumped for my turntable and what a purchase! It was very well packed and so quickly delivered it made me dizzy! I havent had cause to complain but I can only assume they are as helpful and attendant as they were selling. Should I ever need to, I shall instantly and without doubt use this retailer again.

Went through different options with us and was always great at price matching. Even managed to source us some new LED lanterns for the studio and the price was great.
