They received my CDs on Feb 3rd, they emailed me 2 days ago stating that they received my CDs and payment will be issued in 24 hours and I have not been paid and they are ignoring my emails . And if I don't receive payment today I'm going to see about legal because this is theft!

I was quite pleased with the entire transaction. It was easy to get a quote, the offered price was fair, the website was easy to use, there was no freight charge to ship my DVD to Eagle, the return was processed the day after receipt and I had a check in hand 4 days later. Good experience.

Overall good experience
They definitely pay more than "sell your books" and the checks came promptly after my shipments were received, the app was difficult to scan with so I typed in the numbers but it worked fine
I did send a couple of emails to the contact email and would say that response to my emails was minimal at best

I send in a order on Jan
I send in a order on Jan. 3 and they received it on Jan. 9 through USPS Tracking. Now the Status says it's expired. I've e-mailed them twice and never heard back from them. I've used them like 15 previous time and never had a issue. Not sure what the problem is but I probably won't use them ever again. It's sad because they did give good prices for dvd compared to other sites

I'd give Eagle Saver a zero if I could. I sent them almost 100 CD/DVDs that they were to purchase. USPS shows my box arrived on January 15. It is now January 30 and no payment yet. I've e-mailed them twice and have not received a reply. BEWARE.

Pretty straight forward. Scanned the dvds, sent them off with the prepaid label, & got paid a couple days later (check or PayPal are the options for payment). An easy way to clear some dvds & books & make a little money.

Sent them around 83 items consisting of Blu-ray, dvds and cds totaling $64.00. Just got an email saying they’re depositing only $21.26 in my PayPal account. Everything I sent was in good to great condition so $21.26 wasn’t worth the effort I put into this transaction. Wasn’t sent a list of what was rejected either.
