Bought a ticket to go from Victoria to…

Bought a ticket to go from Victoria to Gatwick airport 10am 9th May 2020. The bus never appeared. Someone eventually told us that it was cancelled ... the driver apparently 'left his digicard at home'.

We waited for the 10.30am bus... at 10.30am the same guy appeared and told us that that bus wasn't coming either.

My partner and I were forced to get an uber all the way or else miss our flight.

After our holiday Easybusy refused all responsibility and refused to repay out tickets, never mind the cost ofd the uber.

This is bad service in a league of its own and nobody should be paying money to a company like this. I will never use Easybus again I recommend that you don't either.

Good service- EasyBus

I used EasyBus service this morning from Park Royal to Gatwick. The bus was on time to pick up. The driver was helpful with my bags. No concerns during the journey. Will definitely use this service again and would recommend to others

Wish I could give 0 stars. Incredibly rude and nasty driver. Easybus doesn't care at all and don't get back to me although I have been waiting for more than 10 days now.

Don't ever book them. Buses are too late or don't appear at all. Drivers don't let you in, don't care about customer at all and rather deny access to the bus rather than trying to resolve the situation. Have never experienced such a rude and disrespectful thing in my life.

Worst service ever.

Worse company ever, a pure scam

Worse company ever, if not a scam! I have waited for a bus that never turned up, alone in the dark while I was surrounded by fishy men, the bus never came as it pretended to be.

This company is scandalous, do not put yourself in danger, their tickets are a pure scam

Worst service ever!!!

Worst service ever!!!!one month ago I lost the flight because Easybus (the bus from victoria to stansted made 3 hours instead one hour and the driver didn’t let us to get off to have other possibility to reach to the airport!! I spend 400 £ because Easybus!!
Now,second time travelling with them,same problem!!!! I booked from golders green to stansted to make sure the bus arriving normaly.supposed to arrive in golders green at 2:18 pm ,but the bus late 35 minutes!how is possible like that??!!!and the driver very calm,without to care about something and very slow in decisions...YOU DON’T DESERVE TO HAVE LICENSE FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORT!!!!!

Don't try and speak to customer service…

Don't try and speak to customer service - they're not at all helpful! I had to modify a booking so cancelled it as per their policy, but my credit would not be applied to my new booking like they claim it is. Every email I sent got a generic reply that didn't read what I said. Each email also told me to reply to their email rather than creating a new ticket, yet emails to their address just bounce back.

Also beware that their calendar shows Sunday as the start of the week, not Monday, so take extra care when choosing the date.

AVOID EASYBUS AT ALL COSTS

1.- Booked Stansted airport service from Liverpool Street
2.- Extinction Rebellion protests in Liverpool Street: No services running or route diversion of any kind
3.- Had to take the Standsted Express to make it to the airport
4.- Request for a refund was rejected saying I had been advised by email (one day before) to take the bus from Victoria Station
5.- easybus never ever got in touch by email/sms, etc to let me know of this and yes, I checked my spam folder (empty)

AVOID EASYBUS AT ALL COSTS

Reserved seat my a$$

So I bought a "reserved seat" months in advance, arrived at the bay ahead of time, only for the bus to fill up and leave without me. Now waiting for the next one. That's half an hour I will not get back. Yes I paid literally peanuts for a ticket but if I knew I would be subjected to that kind of service I would have taken the Stansted Express train instead. Avoid easyBus unless you enjoy the third-world experience of having booked the 100th ticket in a 60 seat bus and then being unceremoniously left behind while the bus departs without you.

Robbery on the night bus

My flight was delayed for 2 hours and I miss my bus, I arrived at 1 o clock in the night and the driver didn’t let me on the bus before paying a 10£ ticket, ticket which he didn’t printed to me, basically he took the money. I was desperate to go home, I couldn’t wait another bus, and I had no time to go to the desk or on the internet to buy a new ticket, so I accepted to pay the robbing driver to letting me in.

Really good service

Really good service, the bus was early, it left on time and arrived on time. The driver Nigel was very friendly, polite and helpful whilst traveling from Morzine to Geneva airport, couldn't of had a better service made the trip stress free

Do not use

Do not use! The tickets sold on their site do not guarantee you a place on the bus at the time you choose. 'Open time' tickets are sold to passengers arriving at airports who will be lining up for the bus you have booked ahead of you. We were greeted to a queue of over 100 people waiting for the bus and told that it could be over an hour after our allocated time before we were allowed on a bus.

WARNING DONNOT USE EASY BUS They tricked me into buying ticket in advance and said I could cancel it but not change it. When my flight was very late I contacted them and they refused to cancel it and were very cold in their communication. People should be boycotting these kind of companies that are manipulating people and finding ways to Steal your money.
