Excellent product and service
I ordered a Func mouse which was heavily discounted, paid for standard £3.00 shipping (royal mail 2nd class) as I wasn't in a rush for it. Quite surprised when it turned up the very next day! They even put a small packet of haribo in the box :)
The mouse is great and was exactly as described.

Great service, informed staff.
Second time I have made a (largish) purchase from Eclipse. The first was when I specced up a system (about 2 years ago) and they built it for me. More recently getting a GFX card upgrade and second monitor for the same system. The system has worked perfectly through that time, I just wanted a bit of an upgrade on it!
I live locally to the store so it's great to actually be able to go in chat through what I want and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them, the staff know their stuff and are more than happy to spend as much time it takes to get you what you are looking for.
Would definately recommend!

Quick and good value
I was very happy with a recent purchase from eclipse. Prompt delivery of well packed items, and good value
My only tiny problem was with switching between billing address and delivery address when checking out. I ended up with the parcel shipping to a blend of both, and chose to collect from DPD instead. But that process went well, so overall no complaints

My transaction went well. The goods arrived within 24 hours of them being ordered. The price was the best I could find and they sent a VAT invoice without me having to chase.
