Great service, very helpful, would definitely recommend.

I bought a motorcycle from Eclipse which, in my opinion, clearly had a gearbox fault. After returning the bike, the situation quickly escalated into a prolonged and extremely stressful ordeal.

I was later presented with disputed storage charges that increased into the thousands of pounds. Despite repeatedly asking for clear explanations and reasonable justification for these charges, this was not provided in a meaningful or transparent way. The bike has still not been returned, and I do not believe there has been a fair or proportionate reason for retaining it.

As a disabled veteran, I found the way this matter was handled deeply upsetting. The lack of empathy, poor communication, and ongoing pressure significantly affected my mental wellbeing and worsened existing PTSD symptoms.

In my experience, the approach appeared focused on money rather than resolution, and the overall level of professionalism fell well below what I would expect.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this garage and proceed with extreme caution.

I brought my 30 year old Daimler to Eclipse Auto’s in Tavistock Street. It had a broken shock Absorber, not easy to source or fix, and a new one was ordered and installed and the car is running smooth again, very satisfied with the service and will be taking my classic car there for more specialist work from now on.

I booked an MOT through Groupon and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. I arrived just 10 minutes late due to a combination of challenges – my son has ADHD, there were unexpected roadworks, and the sat nav sent me further up the road. On top of that, I had a toddler with me and no chance to call while driving.

As a single mum just trying to juggle the day, I had hoped for a little understanding, but the first thing I was told when I walked in was: “You’re late, we can’t do the MOT.” There was no empathy at all, and I had to turn around and drive 40 minutes back home with both children. I was offered a rebooking, but with my commitments it’s not easy — Tuesdays are the only option that fit around college and preschool. Also told they do not offer refunds.

I appreciate rules and schedules are important, but some flexibility or even a kinder approach would have made all the difference. Sadly, I left feeling very let down.

Paid for bike on 12th April for pickup on the 29th. Day before i get a call that it has failed MOT due to a seized handbrake cable. Nearly 2 weeks to get and fit the cable, bring the bike home and it doesn't start again. It still isn't starting. Garage gave me a loaner car without working wipers for a couple of days. I'm racking up uber costs and I have a £2300 paperweight on my drive. Sorry I ever set foot on the forecourt. I have contacted my solicitor as I cannot afford this.

Horrific customer service. Issues from the begining,when I first took my car here. Phil seems like he has no clue in mechanics whatsoever and that’s why he feels he can overprice jobs,ridiculously. They didn’t fix the problem on my car, in fact they left multiple other problems, making my vehicle unsafe. Dave told myself upon picking up my car that ‘everything was working fine. She’s Good to go’ this was all LIES! I have never ever experienced this amount of disrespect and judgement from a garage! And Phil, I feel sympathy for anyone else’s who has to deal with him at Eclipse! He is rude, belittling and a ‘know it all’- when actually it seems he knows nothings i’m now left with a car that I can’t drive. All because Phil didn’t want his ego ruined and didn’t want to admit he’d gone WRONG!

This is the best garage i would totally recommend this garage the work carried out by Phil was 1st class and the receptionist bex was lovely all in all I will be taking my vehicle back to them for future work I can’t thank you enough.

I brought a Groupon voucher and it was so easy to use. I wasn’t treated any differently I got there early and my car was taken in straight away. Dave made me a lovely coffee whilst I waited. So friendly I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you for a stress free visit .

I took my car for MOT today at Bletchley branch. Dave been very polite and friendly. Took my car straight in even though I was 10 min. Ahead of my booked time. 45 min. All done and dusted. I am sure will use them again. I used Groupon voucher and they were not biased and appointment was given within 5 days.

I took my car to Eclipse Auto Group for a few repairs after using them in the past for MOT - my window wipers were automatically coming on even though I don’t have automatic wipers, wheel alignment and to replace driver seatbelt.
David and Phillip were very helpful, friendly and honest. They melted me well informed, even when problems accorded with the clips not coming undone to take the airbag out to change the relay and parts. They let me know the next steps they would take and if I was happy for them to processed and what the cost would be if they were unable to get the clips off and excepted day that I would get my car back. Phillip and team worked extremely hard on finding fault and did an excellent job on getting repairs fixed, I would recommend Eclipse Auto Group friends and family. Thank you Eclipse Team.

I had an MOT and fluid top up done here. The staff were friendly, informative and efficient. Service was quick and efficient thanks :-) I will go back for service when I can afford.

Excellent at last I’ve found a garage I feel I can trust .I took my Mercedes for MOT dispite failure I know that this garage where honestly doing the job right and I’ve booked in for repairs .While waiting I met other customers who use this garage and spoke highly of them too .A lovely receptionist welcoming when you go in too .
I’ve been very badly let down in past but happy now at last .Dont take my word book your car into Eclipse Auto BLETCHLEY and see for yourselves oh they also have a motorcycle workshop and sales too
