First time using this company ( to be honest I gave up on the main dealer due to their approach to customer service). Elite were very professional from the beginning, had excellent customer service and went in my view above and beyond in helping me with a substantial warranty claim. Also honest in terms of need for new brake parts - advised I could go another 5k miles before replacing.
