Got my skirt unfinished

Got my skirt unfinished. I mean that the waist band wasn't sewn on. I tried to contact someone about it and they're only wanting me to return it. Good thing I have a sewing machine I can finish sewing the waist band on.

Shipping takes a long time

Their shipping takes way too long and the items, while decently made, don’t look the same as online. I purchased a $180 suit set from here years ago and it never fit right. Didn’t bother to return because their shipping sucks. Your package switches hands a lot and doesn’t stay with the same carrier. Thought I learned my lesson until I purchased from them again while looking for some specifics. It was almost 8 days before it reached my local USPS and still haven’t received it. I think it is a ploy to get you to pay for expedited shipping.

Deceitful business tactics/SCAM

They charge you $11 to return your items. Why would I shop somewhere just to pay for returns? Never again, do not recommend.. The quality has also gone massively downhill, which is how I'm just now finding out about their return policy. Website is also misleading and does not directly state that you will be charged for a return. Bunch of thieves.

Plastic Shein ripoff trash

What is there to like? I bought 300$ worth of clothes expecting high class items. All the bad reviews are being scrubbed. This brand is GARBAGE!!!! ITS WORSE THAN SHEIN AND TEMU. Polyester plastic trash, seams that are scratchy and shittily hemmed, designs that look NOTHING LIKE WHATS ADVERTISED, and worse, it all stinks of formaldehyde.

DO NOT BUY.

YOU WANT FAST FASHION, BUY FROM ANYONE ELSE.

Eloquii Turned Ugly When Full Beauty Took Over

It hurt when Eloquii was acquired by FullBeauty Brands. FullBeauty is the home of Roman’s and Catherines. My grandmothers & great grandmother shopped there! Since the acquisition the Eloquii brand has been in a downward spiral. Their customer service USED TO BE great. I have returned item and gotten a FULL refund…not now. CS is shady. Their policies are dubious. In the past (before FullBeauty) they had some really nice stylish on trend clothes, but now everything is bland, blah and matronly. I haven’t ordered from them since last year and i will probably never order from them again. Like other reviewers the items come separate and billed separately and will have your bank account or credit card all hemmed up with all of the charges. It’s just a mess! There was Eloquii before FB and now there’s an after. Before I would order several pieces, billed all at once, shipped and delivered quickly. Anyone reading this look but take caution shopping there….better yet keep scrolling.

Terrible Quality

The quality of the $65.00 dress I ordered for my daughter was terrible. There were loose threads everywhere and it was essentially see through. I initiated a “free return” and realized that they will be charging a $10.99 processing fee. I wish I would have read reviews of the company before I ordered. I am so disappointed.

Not the ELOQUII I Was Used to

The quality and styles have definitely gone down since Full Beauty acquired them at the end of May 2023. I can remember this because I purchased in May and June and could see obvious changes in quality. The website has some of the styles and pieces that Eloquii is known for but the majority of the items offered are cheap looking and frumpy looking. I don't even bother having them tailored because the quality is poor. Someone's grandmother must be in charge of selection and manufacturing. I rarely purchase now.

I feel swindled!

I bought a clearance dress from Elloqui for $15. I didn't like the quality of the dress, so I wanted to return it. When I tried to initiate the return online, it would not accept my order number. So I called the company. I was offered a return to my credit card or a gift card. I chose return to my card, as I didn't know when I would be shopping again. When the money was refunded to my card, it was only a little over four dollars. I called to question this and they said they have a $10.99 return processing fee? There is no physical store nearby which I can return items to. I can only return online. She said if I had chosen the gift card, there would have been no processing fee. That option was not explained or offered in prior call. The operator kept saying has sorry it was done and that it is the policy on their website. I feel like I was swindled. If I had known, I would only receive $4.00+, I would've kept the dress. Their clothes are always hit or miss. What a terrible policy!

Was charged the $10.99 “processing fee”…

Was charged the $10.99 “processing fee” twice on my returned order. When I filled out return online it stated that I was to receive $85.07 refund (after processing fee).

Have only received $68.72. Where is the rest of my refund?! I even filed a PayPal dispute and they ruled in favor of Eloquii! This place is a sham.

Unethical Business Practices

I have never felt more compelled to leave a review than in this moment. This was my first time shopping at Eloquii, and it has been a horrible experience from start to finish. They were having a major sale, so I purchased an outfit. The money came out of my account, but I didn't receive a receipt or order number. When I reached out, customer service said that the order didn't go through and I would have to reorder the items. I was initially annoyed but decided to re-purchase the item and wait to be refunded for the other charge that is still on my account from the first time I ordered. Then, I woke up to a random charge from them in addition to the 2 charges I had just made. When I reached out again to customer service, they stated this was a back order fee, which was over half the price off the initial order. I said that I was never informed of this extra charge on the invoice or a separate email message from them letting me know about this additional charge. Customer service did nothing to help. They simply stated that I SHOULD have received information about it. I'm going to dispute the charge and send everything back. I will NEVER shop here again. Their customer service is despicable. To charge someone an extra charge because you have their card information is disgusting. More than that, their unwillingness to understand why their actions are unethical is even more disturbing.

Eloquii is garbage

Eloquii is garbage. I ordered ~8 pieces of clothing from them, and I'm only keeping 2. The rest either have an awful smell (cigarettes and formaldehyde) or the garments have sizing problems in the shoulders and bust. Futhermore, I'm being charged $20 to get my money back to my card. Disgusting, and I will never shop here again. I cannot believe a company this old has these sort of problems!

FullBeauty has RUINED Eloquii

I have been an Eloquii customer since 2011 (when The Limited initially launched the plus size line). I absolutely love Eloquii and the stylish fashion that is finally available for plus size, which is still difficult to find in 2023. I was absolutely GUTTED when I learned this summer (2023) that Eloquii was purchased by FullBeauty brands. FullBeauty brands scammed me out of money in the past through their SwimsuitsForAll website, where I was charged some sort of monthly subscription fee of $16 or $19 for a full YEAR unbeknownst to me. I finally realized it and complained enough that they refunded me the money. Lo and behold, the first time I order from Eloquii since their acquisition, I get all kinds of crazy erroneous charges on my credit card. When I tried to track down where the charges came from, it was an absolute nightmare. No one -- in the United States or Philippines -- could figure it out. The US claimed it was the Philippines who made the charges and vice versa. The Philippines got involved because that was the phone number attached to the charge on my credit card statement. Mind you, these are supposed "offices" that are all part of the same company, so who cares who made the charges, why can't you track it down and refund me? Over the course of two weeks I talked to probably 10 people. At one point someone called me from what was clearly a cell phone on their daily commute (wind tunnel?), and I couldn't make out the name or the return number. When I called the return number, it ended in a line without a voicemail. Anyway - I actually had to cancel my American Express card as a result of the charges and force Amex to go pursue this company for me. Luckily, because Amex has good customer service, they refunded me the $250 (appx.) dollars that were falsely charged to me and that ended the madness. I really want to re-order something, but I am gathering from these reviews that returns are not an option (you buy it, you keep it). I also will likely opt for some sort of pre-paid debit card or some form of payment that will not give this company access to any of my information. What a TERRIBLE shame. FullBeauty should be ABSOLUTELY ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of customers -- especially customers who really desperately need these brands to fill a huge clothing and fashion gap in the market.

Hinkey credit card charges

Ordered 11/26. Credit card charged 11/26. Got notification order was shipped. 11/29 and 11/30 was charged 5 different times for amounts as partial orders. My credit card company denied the charges...rightly so! Customer service says they charge the card as the order arrives to them. Then they put that total back into the credit card and charge a second time as each item is shipped. They tell me my items have shipped and that they credited the initial order to my card. They say I owe them for the items shipped. What?!
I've done business with Eloquii off and on over the years and never had any trouble. That ends today!
I do not recommend shopping with them any more. This looks and feels like a scam. It may not be, but I have lost all trust. There will be more arguments if the packages don't arrive!

I really used to love this company but…

I really used to love this company but their new shipping changes are a COMPLETE HORROR STORY. The customer service is also TERRIBLE and it never was. They charge ridiculous pricing for delivery if other than standard. This company has gone completely downhill. I am still waiting 12 business days later for an order because it was not delivered and they have no idea if it ever will be. The lady was more concerned about if I get the order that is stuck somewhere than about getting me a replacement out. Horrible!!!!!

Update* So, Cuup Inc mailed me a letter 11/8 that was a bill for the amount of the order that was never delivered. This is after I completed their bizarre affadavit that had to be snail mailed.

So, believe the negative reviews. For starters, they are one of the only remaining companies that do not offer free returns unless you receive a store credit. I like their bras, but their service is a nightmare. 1 order did not show up but showed delivered...they sent me an affidavit to complete which is fine with me. (if it is over $200 you need to file a police report too lol) But the only way to get it back is to snail mail this form.

Bad customer service and scammy policies

I placed a pretty large order and they just didn't send 2 of my items. I emailed customer service on the Friday my order was delivered and they got back to me on monday saying I need to call without providing a number to call. What is the point of having an email address other than to waste peoples time? Ofcourse they have very restrictive customer service hours so now I've got to take time out of my work day and call and it takes me to an automated system that has me input my order number and starts spouting off everything I bought. There is no option to speak to anyone so I just have to sit there repeatedly saying speak to a representative for like 5 minutes before it finally connects me to someone. I repeat the order number and tell them I'm missing two items and give her all the details and then sit on the phone for another 5 to 10 minutes while they get the details. Then she just says we sent you a refund. When I was like um so I'm just not getting the clothes I ordered? She said well the warehouse said they sent them so we can't resend them. You can reorder them (at full price since I bought these on sale) if you want. Additionally, some of the clothes were like completely see through and not true to size so I had to return them and they make you pay an $11 fee unless you choose refund via store credit FYI. I wouldn't order from here again and would suggest you also don't unless you like getting scammed.

Poor business practices

I have shopped with Eloquii for about 10 years since Full Beauty has taken over the brand the return policy is horrible. I purchased a jumpsuit that I payed express delivery for. The jumpsuit arrived defective I repurchase the jumpsuit it come back defective and they are charging me to return the 2nd defective jumpsuit they have lost a good customer

Experience different since the purchase by FULLBEAUTY…

Since the purchase by FULLBEAUTY Brands, the shopping experience is noticeably different and I am disappointed. The website seems clunkier somehow. The delivery windows are longer, the payment options have changed, the packages come with lots of unwanted fliers and catalogs. I already shop with Eloquii less than I used to over the past few years.

Customer Service is Non-existent

I have ordered from this site many times over the past few years. Today I have two items that I want to return because they look horrible on me (my bad), but when attempting to find the order in my order history, it is non existent. I'm guessing I couldn't remember my login so I checked out as "Guest" so I go to "Contact Us" and dial the phone number listed only to hear "You have reached a number that is not currently set up to receive calls. Please try again later". WTH? I already am annoyed that I have to pay for shipping to return it, but I can't even get through to anybody to start the return?
