Our experience renting through them was consistently frustrating, stressful, and completely unprofessional. Communication was extremely poor throughout — emails and calls were ignored, and when we did get through, we were repeatedly told someone would call us back, which almost never happened.
We spent months trying to speak to a specific staff member (Becky), but were constantly told she was unavailable or would return our call. It became very clear this was just a way to avoid dealing with issues and taking responsibility.
Towards the end of our tenancy, while we were in the middle of moving out, they allowed potential new tenants into our home without giving any notice or asking for permission. We had boxes everywhere and personal belongings out, yet they still let people in. We later found that some of our items had been moved. We only discovered these viewings had even taken place when we contacted them about another issue. This is a clear breach of tenant rights and completely unacceptable.
They also advertised an out-of-hours emergency line, which in our experience was completely pointless. We had an emergency situation and no one answered or provided any support whatsoever.
To make matters worse, after we moved out, we were accused of causing damage that we did not do. The “evidence” provided was poor quality, unclear images that did not prove anything, yet they still attempted to hold us responsible.
There were multiple issues over the years, but the overall pattern was the same — poor communication, avoidance, and no accountability.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this agency.
