awfull service and awfull company. they wrongly booked 2x money from my account and refused to help. they say xyz is named in the providers terms and conditions.

o booked a service for one month but could not cancel it. i wrote mails to the main company but they ignored my requests and epoche told me they know nothing and is fine. also they booked money at the 27. and 29. in the same month for the "monthly" booking. no help no service and everything screams scam. cannot reccomend

I have been charged about 40$ a month and they can’t find my account what the heck!

Signed me up for an adult site I didn't subscribe to, probably by using information for an adult site I did subscribe to.

These people are scammers or work closely with them. Beware.

This organization charges unkown transactions for 100, 50, 30 dollars everyday. And when you contact them they are asking for member id , name, email and they don't match they can't do anything. Had to contact my bank.

Always worked well for me. The cancellation from recurring billing is always working as it should and the accept PayPal.

Was charged for a subscription a day early and was first immediately dismissed by live chat, on second try I was given a refund after threatening to go trough paypal.

The customer support was very rude. I had a very bad experience. They charged me 5 dollars extra for the subscription. Instead of solving and explaining the problem, they talk very rudely.

well you better read the fine print sent to your mail in spam cuz if you buy something from any one of their affiliates theyll just send your credit card info around and and tell you they will bill you every month for the nex 6months usually to fake porn sites that do not even function well don scam artists no wunder the bad rep you have with banks

every time i try to pay anything my card keeps getting decline form this service it works with all other service but this.

I got billed 2x 35 euros from some random adult site, contacted epoch because they were the service the sites used for their transactions. Epoch issued a refund of both subscriptions very fast. They said the money will be with me in the next 3-5 days. Very nice company.

used multiple time purchasing and canceling without no problems. Yesterday a fraudulent content provider i was member of charged me som 100€ without making a purchase/authorizing any payment. I explained by chat and had my money refunded via paypal in less than 1 hour.
I think, many bad ratings are rather problems caused by "creative" ..."criminal" providers rather than payment processor epoch. If your car repair rips you off, it is not the fault of the bank you trandfer the money with.

Site very fast, on point on. When giving info about account/purchase sends info right away. Also easy to cancel subscription. Wish more sites had Epoch tbh its so smooht and always goes well. Only wish they would support paypal/visa instead of just Mastercard. Really good site.

This is more of a review for the Trustpilot website.
It seems that this review website is full of liberal commie type people. Definitely a bunch of people who are not concerned about the truth or the state of our nation. You don't like here in a free America, go to China.

BIG SCAM!!!
My credit card was billed $24.95 for see4help.com.
I did NOT authorize any charges for this site.
I let it go for a couple of months - that is on me.
The web site says that if the charge did not read Epoch contact them.
I sent an email saying that I did not authorize any charges and requested a refund since it was billed as see4help not Epoch.
They said the account was cancelled but so far have not reversed the charge ( honestly I doubt they ever will.)
Should any future charges appear on my account, I will be contacting proper authorities.

Since I have mastercard cash, it is not possible to overdraw on my bank account.
The amounts I use for are automatically reserved.
But from one day having $ 130 to the next having -115 dollars is virtually impossible when I have not spent any money.
But not for Epoch. That's what I've been exposed to.
So have to involve the police and hope they can get my money back.

Never never never use any kind of debit card if Epoch is involved.

They apparently live high on economic crime

I hate to give them 1 star but that was the lowest.
This is a PIG of a company BIG SCAM BIG BIG BIG STAY away.
They have been taking 30.00 AUD every month for 4 / 5 years Have cancelled cards and had new ones sent out and they can still get the money! the site is doggy as and you can put all the info in the world into it and nothing they claim they don't know you. Funny they don't have a problem getting your money every month! I don't know where to start with this business that's what you call this site.

Worthless business. A scam of a business whom objective is only stealing. Nasty nasty business practices.

Customer service is made up of a bunch of scum, most likely some dodgy scammer.

They take me 50 even if i unsubscribe already

Avoid completely! Don't even be tempted by a 1-day trial as they'll use your card for unauthorized transactions and subscribe you with zero warning.
