They will eventually send your item
They will eventually send your item, but if it says 'in stock' it probably won't be.
Expansys will tell you it's in stock to trick you into placing orders before they actually have them in stock.
This matters because the timeframe between you ordering and them sending can be a couple of weeks - then you need to add extra shipping time on to it all.
Then add in no replies from the info@ address or Facebook, and maybe one reply from the forums (only because everyone can read them!!) makes for an untrustworthy ordering experience.
All in all, I'll never order from Expansys again, and I would not recommend anyone else does either.
Racial profiling and fraud
This company engages in racial profiling (Which is a form of racism fyi) I ordered a phone on their site and right away I was asked to prove that I live in Japan which is probably due to the fact that I don't have a Japanese name. All that after they have already taken my money. I have no response after 5 days and my phone has still not been shipped. Getting a refund and marking this company as fraudulant.

the stock info mostly isn't true, after i placed my order and the day after, i checked it, "waiting for stock"finally take 7-14 days. and processing take much longer compare to 2-3 years ago. of course you can cancle but if you pay with CC, the refund process till the money back to your account take 1month, expansys will care how informant times for buyer...SELFISH BUSSINES
Poor communication, no email response back
Sent an email and have not gotten a reply back. When purchasing item, it stated shipping would take 2-3 days, but it has been over a week and the order remains "out of stock" with no response.
Trustworthy Shop
I have been purchasing mobile phones at Expansys since December 2012, and have no trouble yet.
If you are the person who has SIM-FREE spirit, I assure you this shop is very trustworthy for getting your gadgets.

I afraid this is ending to be a fraud site after reading the recent reviews. I ordered google pixel 7 on 19th Dec and immediately they sent email that there is some region dispute and need to send acknowledgement mail. I sent and my order status still showing on hold. I ordered a camera from this website, they asked me for a proof of address next day, it has been a week I have not heard anything from them and the emails are not even acknowledged any more. I feel like I just threw 1k usd into the air and I will never see it back

Expansys has been the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. I bought an item as a Christmas present on 10 November. As it got to mid Dec I became increasingly doubtful I would receive this for Christmas. After numerous emails begging them to send this to before Christmas I still haven’t received it!! They ignore my emails. I have sent them evidence of payment and still nothing.
If you are considering buying from them, please don’t! All of their bad reviews are testament to how bad they are

I ordered Samsung galaxy tab 6 lite (2022) on 8th November, and the tracking page keeps showing ‘part-shippable’ even though I ordered just one item and they said it’s in stock. It was a warranty and still don't know why the warranty is not in stock cos it’s not even related to delivery.
I send several emails for Expansys Japan and Kong but no replies from them at all. Even it’s just normal working days. They just ignore it.
They mislead customers to let them believe the item can be shipped within 2-4days and it’s already has been 5 days, with no communication and no delivery by far.
Are they gonna legitimately send the product? I’m not sure anymore. They should At least tell me the estimated date of delivery. The status is just not change. I am so frustrated and get upset. Do not trust this site.
When I ordered 3 items were in stock, then it was 5 items on today’s morning at the Japanese site, and in the evening, after I sent them 10 or more emails, which they didn't reply at all, then just suddenly shown product is not available. It is funny the product is still available on the Korean website. And it’s ridiculous because all of the products sending to Korea and Japan, both of them are shipped from Hongkong. Isn't it deceiving customers? Definitely they have issues on this point.
It’s stuck and I have right to understand what is happening or let me just quickly cancel this order.

Very difficult to contact
I have used Expansys in previous years and been very happy, but this time they are very hard to contact. I had sent a couple of emails recently asking about availability that went unanswered - this should have been a warning...
When I saw the phone I wanted back in stock, I placed an order and paid the full amount - but the website didn't include any shipping for some reason. I was contacted quickly by Expansys asking if I'm OK to pay the shipping & my order was put on hold. Despite replying to them immediately, I've heard nothing. There is no phone number, or live chat to assist - just one email address for everything. I can only assume they have serious staffing issues, but whatever the problem the result is a very poor customer experience. I'd suggest avoiding Expansys until they address their communication/staffing issues.
