I purchased their Draft Wizard and paid extra for the Draft Sync. I followed all the directions and was in my draft room when my online draft started. Their site never sync'd. The draft room had a message saying "Waiting to Sync" and it never worked. I tried everything including exiting the website and logging back in. I was not able to use the Draft Wizard and had to quickly change course to complete my draft. I was told they would approve a refund, but I had to do it through Apple since I paid through the app. Apple indicated the charge was not refundable. I reached back to FantasyPros. They said they could not do anything. They offered a 1 month subscription extension. But my draft was over so an extension provides me with not additional benefit. They have refused the refund they approved and blamed Apple. DO NOT PURCHASE DRAFT WIZARD LIVE SYNC - THE SYNC DOES NOT WORK AND THEY DON'T CARE

The projections are way off and do not take into account the type of league you are playing FF in... I just had them project me me with 99.8% chance of losing after I won my League Match. How bad can you be in projecting the past? Never upgrade to the their paying service. It's completely worthless.

I like their add on for chrome that was enabled during my ESPN Fantasy Football draft. It gave me good suggestions during my draft. Will be using it throughout my FF season and will see if it offers good advice.
