I spent $500 per tree and I got poor quality for the price I paid. The trees are barely 5 feet tall, some almost six, very slim and poor quality. Even if the shipping caused some damage, the price for... See more

The best customer service on the planet! I had an issue with my order(my fault), and the customer service team was very prompt to respond, very accommodating and kind. I highly recommend their services.

Once the issue of a short ship was resolved, nothing but good things to say. The short ship or spilt order was resolved in simply calling Fast Grow Customer Service explaining I was unaware that a partial shipment was arriving instead of full order, Fast Grow went out of their way in communicating with me!

I am absolutely satisfied with this nursery. I bought a Mimosa that will handle temps to 10° F. This is the tree's 3rd summer and it is getting buds for blooms, only after 3 years. When I bought the tree online and had it shipped to Louisiana, I purchased the 1 yr guarantee and the super nutrient pac. I had some initial problems with it thriving so I contacted the nursery and followed their advice having a good outcome that 1st summer. I believe they will advise you well and if you do your part to follow the instructions your plants will thrive. I had lost my old tree during Hurricane Laura in 2020 and spent 3 yrs trying to have a replacement tree do well, no luck until I got the Mimosa that will take temps to 10°. I haven't even had to protect in cold weather and we had over a week of freezing temps this last winter. Thank you, Fast Growing Trees.

have bought many trees from them. I have had a couple of problems with the trees but always talked to them on the phone and resolved issues. However, bought two bing cherry trees last year. Cared for them by the instructions given with them and they died. Am being sent replacements but I have to pay almost $50 for shipping even though I paid $290 for the trees to start with. I understand their terms and agreement section but they should just ship the trees free since it wasn't my fault the trees died to start with and there were issues with the trees to start with.

Ordered from them several times... Hollies, Cypresses, Hydrangeas, Spruce... Plants arrived in excellent condition, better than expected (!) and are growing well with some extra water due to current drought. Had a problem with one shipment but they fixed it courteously and we're very happy with the experience.

Purchased an expensive tree in March 2025; we had an unusual winter and temps were extremely warm in January and February and then we had freezes. We noticed the tree not looking well in late February first of March but rather than appear greedy we decided to wait and give it a further chance; on April 4 we noticed it was dead and contacted FGT; we were told the warranty expired March 14 and they only offered 30 percent off a new tree which btw is one of their typical sales; we have spent thousands of dollars with them over the years and they held us to two weeks when we were trying to make sure the tree was dead
FGT replied they have set limitations on warranties but they appreciate mywaiting to make sure the tree was dead and they are here for me when I need them. No, they are two weeks late!

I’ve purchased multiple products from this company and the trees have been exactly what they were advertised as being I just received another order and followed instructions on acclimation and planting and have not had any issues with this new tree in addition it’s actually showing new growth in 4 days I’ve had better results buying from this company than from my local nursery I just planted some items I bought from my local nursery and 2out of 7plants didn’t make it and had to replace them yesterday the only good thing was I didn’t have to pay for the new ones as long as I get the results I’ve experienced in the future I have no problem with being a Fast Growing tree customer permanently 👍

I can’t tell you how bad these guys are 1. Your Tree or stick is shipped to you in a 6“ x 6“ box which tells you it’s about the size of a small tiny long carrot. 2. Yes they do replace them but once you plant it, it’s not even gonna die for a year and then when you ask them to replace they do and then it dies again they don’t replace it again so it’s not a lifetime guarantee 3. these guys are a total rip off. I would never ever buy anything from them again. Buyer beware

Absolutely terrible. I should have listened to the reviews here! I ordered a 2-3 foot Red Dragon Japanese Maple that was much higher priced than our local nursery, but I trusted their claims of excellent quality trees. What I got was a puny two foot sapling. The tree spent 8 days in transit and when it arrived it was loose inside the shipping box with all the soil spilled out into a plastic bag, multiple broken branches and the majority of the tree wilted with numerous dead foliage. I immediately went to the their customer support page to initiate a return request. But after reading the endless stipulations, requirements, and loopholes I did not bother. They have so many conditions that they obviously make it nearly impossible to get a refund or a replacement. I have been diligently trying to nurse this little tree back to life; I don't have much confidence. I am glad I only ordered one tree as this was just to test their service and quality. They should be ashamed of shipping such a low quality, damaged tree. Furthermore, the picture of the tree on their product page is absolutely misleading. The picture is of a well established potted tree with excellent top growth but, that's not what they send. Lesson learned. I will never order from Fast Growing Trees again. I will look elsewhere for plantings and trees for the rest of our property.

I'm only giving this company 3 stars because I feel like the trees are grown in a warmer climate, and receiving them in my zone (5), they do take longer to acclimate. We've had some luck with several evergreens, but some have struggled here, especially the hemlocks. Norway and white spruce trees have been in now for 3 years and seem to finally be "acclimated". Hesitantly, we ordered 3 Thuja green giants and they are struggling, and very brown right now (early spring). We planted them in late spring last year. I am hoping they will bounce back.

Plants are usually top notch, and I love them. Ive even dealt with warranty and customer service already. My replacement was prompt.
Things I've realized though...
*The delivery people have zero love for your packages, front start to finish sadly.
If I could FGT any improvement, it would be to secure plants in boxes better, especially larger trees.

**4/9/2026 NOT RESOLVED**
10/28/2025 I purchased a Japanese Maple for $70.95 plus tax.
11/1/2025 The order was delivered.
11/8/2025 I reported that the tree arrived in poor condition. I had purchased multiple other plants from FGT before, and this was the first time I was sent a dead plant.
I was told to continue watering it and give it time. November, January, February, March, and now into April, I have repeatedly raised concerns about the condition of this tree and documented there has been no sign of life.
Now, after 5 months of ongoing communication, I am being told I am not covered under their guarantee because the tree was never planted in the ground. I live in an apartment, and in all of my communication over the past 5 months, this is the first time anyone has mentioned a required in-ground planting.
There is no real guarantee with FGT.
They have lost a longtime customer.
Doing business with them is not worth the risk. SHOP LOCAL

I received my order number 9503279558 of Crimson Fire Loropetalum (6 plants, First Editions purple pots) and others. I have ordered $600 worth of plants from this company. Upon inspection, 2 of the 6 plants arrived in poor condition — sparse, with dead foliage and leaves looking diseased (see the 2 plants on right). I performed the scratch test on the 2 plants and the stems show brown, dry tissue all the way through — no green — confirming they are dead on arrival. I emailed them on 6th (Sunday with pictures). No response. I called them on the 7th afternoon. waited on phone for 1/2 hour. reached out on text. The customer service person was rude, did not read the message kept asking me which plants were a problem, taking time to respond and then asking for a scratch test. When explained scratch test was done and i was at work and would reach after the sunset its hard to take pictures during weekday. The individual told me she cannot help without that. In addition, when i asked for supervisor - she said none was available. I have a landscaper coming in to plant trees and shrubs according to the design and i have 2 dead plants. Very frustrated.

terrible experience. I ordered twice for over $500 worth of plants and trees. as all of the plants were dying, I contacted the company at least a dozen times with dozens of photos. Absolutely no help. No trees or plants survived, and the company refused repeatedly to do anything. Better to put your money on a blackjack table!

I ordered 3 plants. I got two mini pots and a very small tree for $150. My fault for thinking that what I would receive would be significant for the cost. They refused to refund my account or take the plants back. Do not buy!!!! The company replied here but there return policy and help is not very good.
