A good service provider turning rude and lacking sympaty.
Initially, I had good experience of Fast web, but things seem to have changed. I came to Italy after two months of trips abroad to a no-internet fastweb. Inspite of my patient attempts to get internet restored, i was told what went wrong. There was no talk when I could service back. There was a sense of resignation, and no support (at least it felt like that tome).The time frame for restoring the service turned from days, to weeks and now approaching early a month.
The Viale Europa service in Rome was poor, and staff very rude. It was as if we are asking for their favour. We could be dispenses of as clients. And so I had to decide to go for an alternative service provider, hoping they would be better.
I found staff very rude, lacking patience and not eager to explain what went wrong and when can we get service restore. That made me nervous and irritated.

I bought MyFastweb sim in Via Dante…
I bought MyFastweb sim in Via Dante Fastweb store. The store service was very good and the people in store are kind especially Alessandra. Very good customer service. They Welcome everyone with a smile. I came here like three times, everytime they seemed nice and helped me to resolve my issue.

FASTWEB NEVERMORE
We contracted Fast web as a trustful company, but after 1 week the internet stop working. I called them every single day and the answer was always the same : wait 72 hours, wait 48 hours etc. After 3 weeks without working, facing many problems as I work online at home office I called them to cancel the service and the answer was: You have to pay 30 Euros because you at the breaking the contract. They force me to pay the bill even do not getting what the sold. NEVER SIGN ANY CONTRACT WITH THIS UNFAIR COMPANY
