Bill was very helpful recommending parts that were needed for my project. Shipping was very quick via FEDEX (love FEDEX vs UPS - who always seems to unnecessarily delay delivery by several days) and quality of the pieces seems excellent.

Great choice i did to go with fireside, they did a such great job to costume my chemney cap.

Ordering was simple. My cap was an odd size (large) but it was built and shipped in a week. The trucking company delivered a well packed pallet a few days later. The product was exactly as ordered and easy to assemble and install.

Well I am installing a new fireplace insert and shopped in the chimney liner/kits and somehow I only got the liner and I don't see how that was possible. So I called and explained that I need the kit (rain cap, chimney top flange and the connector for the liner to the insert) and could they complete the kit and charge me for the remainder of the kit> They said NO, so I have to ala karte the rest?? The could have made a very happy customer had they just allowed me to do that. I even offered to pay the shipping just to be a amicable customer. It cost me so much more for them not to allow this.
