Good company to buy from
I was able to actually talk with owner or employee who helped me order the particular items my planed installation required. Ordered items came on time and in good condition . Items were also of good quality. I wish company could also provide installation instructions. Not everyone does these installations often.

Terrible Customer Service
The owner Bill Webster emailed me after I inquired about shipping date. He was unhelpful rude and dismissive. I canceled my order. I'd rather wait longer with someone else than reward a company that has no value for their customers with money.

If it isn't shipping now, I will cancel my order and find someone who can ship immediately" This was 2 days after you ordered. It is very clearly written on the order page we are 7-10 working days out for the pre-insulated liner kit. Good luck.
