Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I ordered a liner kit on Thursday and received it Saturday. I had one incorrect part that I received which I emailed about immediately and surprisingly received a response from customer service over the weekend. Better than expected
First, I want to praise Almighty God for His help and provision during the boiler project that required getting a new chimney liner I am now reviewing. It is clear He has had His hand on every facet, including leading me to Fireside Chimney Supply.
I can highly recommend Fireside Chimney Supply as a source for information and products like the Pre-insulated FireFlex 316L chimney liner kit we purchased for a wood burning boiler. I cannot rate the liner as a 5 star yet, since we do not have the boiler it will be used with assembled yet. But speaking of the liner and kit itself, we are very pleased. It is light weight, though very sturdy, and the fact it still has some flexibility were key to our being able to install it inside an existing chimney. This should be far superior to what was in place before.
I can also highly recommend Fireside Chimney Supply owner, Mr. Webster. He responded to my inquiries promptly and was very helpful. He also must have some pull with suppliers, because he was able to get a kit made up and shipped out in a few days rather than the weeks we were told would be necessary at another supplier. His help made it possible for us to install the liner to keep the project moving forward in spite of the fact this was our first time and there were many questions and concerns on our part. He helped take some of the mystery out of a somewhat intimidating project.
