Great service and helpful on the phone! Parts ship quickly.

Once I placed the initial order I was contacted right away and I was kindly corrected for the proper materials for my purpose at hand.
After placement of order I received the materials in an unbelievably timely manner.
When I viewed the materials I called Bill Webster for a calculation chart for correct sizing of flu liner and handed everything to the building inspector who was very pleased to see that everything was in order and was given the permit henceforth.
Because of Bill’s knowledge and experience he explained to me the installation process and in two hours by myself I installed the liner, trunk and branch T, top plate, and rain cap. I made the connections inside to the furnace and placed furnace cement around the plenum.
I am very satisfied with the product and professionalism that Bill Webster showed me which certainly determined the successful completion of this project.
I will undoubtedly use this company again for future projects and will be honored to recommend this company and certainly Bill Webster to my colleagues.

Shipped quickly, high quality material, easy to assemble, easy to install(provided drill bit, screws(though I wish they put a couple extras,. 4 to 5 didn't seem to be enough based on size of my dual cap)). Now just wait and see how it holds up. But based on quality of material, I don't see any issues.. Tks mc

I was doing a flue/crown repair which required extending my existing liner. I thought I knew what I needed but wanted to check the compatibility and safety of my plan. I spoke to a very helpful gentleman who agreed it would work and ordered the components I needed. The parts arrived quickly and were a perfect match to my existing liner. I will use Fireside in the future.

Fireside Chimney was very helpful in determining the parts I needed to line a cracked chimney tile in a wood fired sauna with the 6 inch flexpipe. The parts were made well and fit together perfect which made for a very easy job. Very fast on the order shipment. Thanks Fireside Chimney!

Very succinct answering my question about the range of the fit of the fit of the flue cover. Excellent fit and look, high quality stainless steel fabrication and fit. Thought it would be less expensive but expect surprises now, for only a little while longer, hopefully.
