Terrific customer service

I purchased a complete new bathroom from a Somerset based company in 2019. Unfortunately the rollers on the shower doors became worn and needed to be replaced.
I was told that the shower surround was supplied by Formula Bathrooms of Merthyr Tydfil.
I contacted the company first by phone and later by email and explained my problem.
I received an email reply very swiftly informing me that they were going to supply the required rollers FOC!
The rollers arrived via first class mail the following day.
A terrific example of superb customer service. I am very grateful to Formula Bathrooms and would not hesitate to recommend them.
