Quality item just didn't suit, easy return

Bought the faded black, small logo hoodie. Loved the material, colour and fit, just didn't like how large the hood was, felt that didn't suit me so returned it. Pretty easy and quick to return. If they ever do the same as a sweatshirt I wouldn't hesitate to buy it.

Emails, messages, DMs ignored

I ordered a t shirt, which I was very happy with except it had a stain on the front of it, which I thought would come out once I’d washed it - it didn’t. I emailed the info email address but was ignored. I then sent a DM on Instagram but was ignored again. I then left a message directly on the website to which I was ignored. I’ve started commenting on the promotion posts to try and get someone’s attention to respond to me. I even resorted to searching for the director on Companies House to track them down directly to try and get a response. So far this has been unsuccessful. Fradime can have 2 stars because I like the garms but in terms of customer service you get 0/10.

I liked the products and service

I liked the products. But I was more impressed by the customer service. I had a problem and needed to return for a refund. They responded to my email quickly and also processed my refund quickly. This means the most to me and gives me confidence to shop with Fradime in the future. Confidence I don’t have in a number of other online retailers

The quality is unreal

The quality is unreal. I've got a few of the t-shirts and hoodies, all of them feel so comfortable and fit amazingly. There really is nothing else out there like this.

Poor customer service. Simply ignore emails

I ordered in Black Friday offer but wanted to return after Xmas. Everyone orders Black Friday for Xmas don’t they and there is a chance the items might. Not be right/fit etc. I Cant see a way of returning online and I have emailed countless times !!! Just ignored completely. !

Slight delay but great customer service

Bought 2 hoodies from them & the quality is really nice. The delivery took longer than usual but they did state on the site that there would be a delay on the specific item I ordered because of high & someone called Amy from customer service even apologised for the delay. Would use them again 100%

Long delivery

Incredibly poor customer service. The only compensation they offer was 20% off my next order …. I won’t personally be reordering

Black Friday was a hectic time for FRADIMÉ as we received an unexpected influx of orders, most of which were for the items we had on back-order and were waiting on being delivered to our stockroom, therefore this caused a back-log of delays that had to be sorted through and resolved one by one.
I apologise that this effected your experience with the brand, but I can ensure that nothing like this will happen again as we now have procedures in place to avoid such things from occurring.
