I can't recommend Niall and Full Circle highly enough. Quick responses, attentive and professional service but still friendly and personal. We had a great time at Club Med Palmiye and the whole process was so much easier with Full Circle. Niall offered alternative flights when ours were cancelled and consistently beats the Club Med prices. Thank you Niall!!

We have just returned from a holiday organised by Full Circle and I cannot praise them enough. We had an amazing, personalised service from Niall who went above and beyond to book and then rebook our holiday which had been cancelled due to COVID restrictions. He gave us excellent advice and links to COVID forms and testing which allowed us to sail through the airports. We will definitely use this company again.

My partner had used Full Circle Travel (FCT) previously for a trip to the Dominic Republic in 2018 and recommend Niall, so without hesitation I booked a week for us to the same resort in 2020 with FCT but we were forced to cancel due to the COVID lock down. Niall issued a full refund as instructed by close of business … there was no need to stress over chasing this up. With such a positive experience I then booked Mexico with FCT … only to find out two days later that the country went on the red list! At this point I was close to giving up! … but Niall was immediately emailing me and presenting me with a choice of alternative destinations. This was Niall’s third attempt at sorting a holiday for us and he approached it with the same friendly and efficient service and had all our paperwork sorted within the day … amazing!

These are certainly very challenging times to book a holiday abroad and I’m generally not bothered to leave reviews but given the difficulties these conditions presented Niall with I can’t commend him enough for how informative and helpful he has been throughout the process. I look forward to booking further holidays with Full Circle Travel.

Niall couldn't have gone to greater lengths to secure the perfect holiday for us. He was hugely patient with us when we couldn't make up our minds and has great knowledge of the various options available (and the plug socket requirements).

From checking us in to organising a last minute extension to our holiday, he navigated the global COVID restrictions and made the whole process seamless.

Staff at Full Circle seem to know what I want from a holiday more than I do! We’ve always had fabulous advice, both when booking ski holidays and when seeking winter sun.
During the CoronaVirus pandemic, Niall went out of his way to get a refund for us from Clubmed. He always answered the phone straight away and kept us up to date. We couldn’t ask for more and will certainly be using Full Circle again as soon as more travel corridors open up.

Full Circle Travel has given us extraordinary service and advice over the years, always finding us great family holiday deals, supporting and rescuing us from an earthquake stricken holiday in Kos and even managing to get us a full refund on our USA Holiday during the Covid pandemic - despite us having originally booked a bargain 'no refund' booking arrangement. Despite being in a very challenging time for his own business industry, Niall has gone above and beyond to help people during worrying COVID times - even those not booking through him. Thank you Full Circle travel and we look forward to re booking with you again in the not too distant future hopefully!

I asked Niall to find me a holiday to match my very defined criteria and he came up trumps. As someone who had not travelled for many years he supported me throughout the entire process including how to negotiate the new airport security and ticketless travel. When there was a minor hitch it was sorted within a couple of hours. I cannot fault the pre holiday service and the aftercare which included a call on my return to ensure everything went well.

We have just returned from Santorini where our daughters wedding took place. Everything was organised superbly by Full Circle Travel. It was the most stress free wedding from start to finish. We cannot praise Niall and his company enough for organising our stay at Dana Villas and arranging the wedding through Planet Holidays.

Some years ago I wanted some info on trains to Germany. I tried several travel agents, Full Circle were the only agents to get me the information, even though it was too late for them to get me tickets. I vowed then that I would use them in future. I did a couple of weeks ago, they were still very friendly and helpful. What more can I say.

Niall Douglas and his team always try to get you the best deal based on their own travel experiences. In many cases they have visited the destinations they recommend and always work hard to make your holiday experience the best you can get for your budget. Luxury destinations are their speciality and only recommend the highest quality companies to travel with. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

To have your experience with a company, travel or otherwise, leaving you feeling special is a rare thing. Full Circle did just that. Thank you.

We booked our honeymoon to St Lucia with Full Circle. When we explored several options Niall was very clear and patient throughout. I was speaking to larger firms at the same time, quoting for the same hotels and flights. But a smaller firm meant a far better service than what I was getting elsewhere, and Niall clearly has as good if not better network with deals, as when we eventually booked with Full Circle it was a better value package than other options.

The week leading up to our wedding a sad incident meant we no longer wished to stay at the hotel we booked. What should've been stressful 3 days before a wedding wasn't, as Niall very clearly kept me informed throughout and just a day later, we were booked into another hotel at no extra cost. Additionally, when we were out there we realised we didn't have a private transfer booked between hotels, and Niall sorted this within a day.

We got excellent service throughout, and I really do recommend Full Circle 100%, and will definitely use them for our next big trip. It really helped being able to contact the MD direct when we needed, and we are very grateful to Niall and Full Circle for what was the very best honeymoon.

They are the most helpful company. Niall was very helpful and did everything he could to make the booking process easy and smooth including managing the rooms situation and when we didn't have a specific destination. I would recommend him to anyone.

Full Circle locally has arranged one trip to Tenerife for us, as well as French TGV bookings. Service was excellent, and there was clearly a beneficial influence in getting us the best room in its class in the Tenerife hotel. We shall use their services again.

Cannot rate Full Circle highly enough. I decided not to faff about drilling through all those Cheap Flight websites shaving off a few pounds here and there and ending up with inconvenient timings/connections and questionable come-back if anything went wrong. No, instead I went with Full Circle because
a) It was a once-in-a-lifetime trip and I wanted it to be special
b) I like to support local high street businesses
c) I wanted the peace of mind knowing I had bought my tickets through fully accredited people who know their stuff
d) The service, including excellent timings, was WELL worth the not-that-much-more-expensive-price. Kate, my booking agent, on request also arranged airport lounge passes for a rest, refreshment and a shower between long-haul connections both ways (which may have helped the fact that I suffered NO jetlag). Kate even phoned me up soon after I returned home to ask how everything went - 'absolutely brilliant!' was my summing up - so a huge gold star and a thousand thanks to Kate and Full Circle!

I use Full Circle Travel for all my Club Med holidays and without reservation would recommend them.
