I've used Gas Serve NW a few times now and Geraint, is always very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Absolutely fantastic service and our go-to engineer for any heating related problems and service.

Geraint was late by two hours, charged me £659 for a piece of plastic piping. He was also overheard racially abusing my neighbour by my daughter. Avoid this racist conman. He regularly posts racist Tweets @gasservenw

He’s been racist towards Japanese people, Black people, he’s also denied the holocaust and is offensive to Doctors, climate change advocates and obese people.

Fantastic service from Geraint, he has provided brilliant service, explaining everything he was doing to our boiler that made sense and not just being fobbed off with what other companies wanted us to hear. we were currently with British gas who we found out had not serviced our boiler the whole time we have owned it, and it was in a terrible state, then we were advised by them to get a power flush by someone else because they are so expensive, we got someone to do this job which turned out to have wrecked the boiler so badly, and then I asked Geraint who is one of my customers from the shop I work in, if he would have a look for us after being left with no heating for over 2 weeks.. he was great, he cleaned the mess the 2 other companies had made, and fixed the problems that they had caused.. me and my family would definitely recommend this company to anyone..

We have had a lot off cowboy gas engineers servicing our boiler, we used gas serve nw two years ago and we now wouldn’t use anyone Barr them again. Absolutely efficient in his work and for a company certainly doesn’t rip you off with the price in fact he try’s to help keep costs down... a real family oriented gent who helps the hard working parents who goes above and beyond, we certainly recommend this company 👌

Called them out for a broken boiler after being let down by another local company. The Engineer turned up on time, diagnosed the boiler fault and fixed it within the hour. Would re-use and would recommend.
