have been trying to contact your…

have been trying to contact your support team for four days to verify my account, and no one has been able to give me a clear answer. Every time I call, I receive a different explanation or excuse, and nothing actually gets resolved.

Your app clearly states that the verification process should be completed within 48 hours, yet it has already been four days and my account is still not verified. This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.

Can't even give single star

Can't even give single star. Please, don't use it. Dialog Finance PLC. They don't even have proper contact number. 0114317317 than number rarely answers. Have to wait hours. Still they don't solve your problems. They said they will call back. That's all. Also if you request CEFT reversal they will not attend to it. This sucks. I have all the proof to prove. Call recordings, screenshots, complains I raised.

An Unforgettable Learning Experience

Today's program was nothing short of inspiring. Starting with Dialog Genie and followed by an incredible workshop on social media marketing by Mushtaq Idroos, the event was a perfect blend of innovation and practical knowledge. I believe everyone who participated walked away with fresh insights and a smarter outlook for the future. This program has planted the seeds for many of us to dream bigger and aim to turn our businesses into globally recognized brands one day.

What truly stood out was Mushtaq Idroos himself. His workshop was brilliantly structured, delivering key points with clarity and depth. However, what left an even greater impression was what I observed after the event. Despite having a busy schedule, Mushtaq took the time to meet every single participant who wished to speak with him, take selfies, or seek advice. He stayed until the very last person, offering thoughtful guidance and doing it all with calmness and humility. It’s rare to find speakers who show such dedication and personal connection with their audience.

I deeply admire his professionalism and humbleness. At his young age, coupled with his talent and values, I firmly believe Mushtaq has the potential to become a world-renowned lecturer in the future.

A heartfelt thanks to Dialog Axiata, Dialog Genie, and Mushtaq Idroos for giving us the opportunity to attend this life-changing event. My team and I traveled all the way from Matara to Colombo for this workshop, and it was absolutely worth it. We knew the value it would bring, and it exceeded our expectations. Thank you for such an enriching experience!

Years ago I was ever so happy when I got my first Dialog Phone No. Pleased in every way. Everything worked so fine.

However, as years passed, performance and service have deteriorated to such an extend that Dialog remains silent instead of addressing relevant issues raised by their customers.

Surprise: Contacting ebill-dialog is impossible. According to an automatic information, "recipient's mailbox is full. Can't accept messages".

Simply unbelievable.

Beware: Total collapse soon turning up!

Terrible customer service

Extremely difficult to get hold of an agent to resolves issues and their automated service doesn’t provide adequate help. I was told I was number 118 in the queue and it took several hours to get a response (Rahman), which I immediately replied to, didn’t get a further response and was then transferred back to the automated service. They also told that they hadn’t heard anything from me despite the fact I had sent replies. I went through the laborious and frustrating process again to be told I was back to number 82 in the queue. The Dialog home broadband service has not been working for most of the day. It’s not a company I’d recommend you join if you have other choices.

The worst customer service i have ever…

The worst customer service i have ever had from a telecommunication company. They did not cancel multiple services which was requested 2yrs ago but instead they kept charging without my knowledge and even when their recovery agents followed up, i made the same request for cancellation but no one did what they were supposed to be doing but instead kept charging me. And now when i made a dispute, they are trying to pin the issue on me trying to come up with excuses and trying to make me accept a mistake. Thanks to this idiotic company i lost an very important number which impacted alot for my personal business communications as this number was used for online orders in my business plus it was linked with all my backkup recovery OTP password retrievals. Never expected such a service from a company lie Dialog

Dialog is such a disgusting company

If I could swear online, I would. Such a disgusting company. No real people in the customer service. I cant f@#king reload 1032 exactly which is a data package they offer. I had to reload rs.500 3 times because even rs.100 cannot be reloaded. This is via their website. These companies behave this way because of no proper competition in the telecom industry in SL. They treat customers like s@#t because they knew there aren't many options for people to shift to. For example, there is only one fiber optics provider in SL which is SLT. Just imagine the monopolistic power they have and could take advantage of it because customers need high-speed Internet for surviving the work-from-home era. I don't have a way to complain as the Dialogs d@#b chatbot doesn't provide an option that reflects my issue like the reloads issue which I previously mentioned, so I had to choose a totally different option to lodge a complaint. If I choose an incorrect option the d@#b chatbot restarts the process from the beginning. Such an annoying company

Scam alert!! money disappeared

I've made an payment 30 December to my dialog home broadband. I was charged and they claims my money never received to them. I've made the bank dispute and bank verified my money delivered to them successfully. they don't have separate customer support section. poor customer support and unprofessional case handling stay away..
