Ordered a safe box for my son’s birthday, unfortunately it wasn’t received due to issues with fed ex delivery. Due to the price of the item I was left very panicked.

However I want to note that Dan has dealt with my issue very promptly and has provided the best customer service. Even though I haven’t received the item, which is no fault of genie hand, I have received the support and customer service I needed to get the assistance required.

I made a mistake when ordering my safe and got the wrong key. Totally my fault. I reached out for help, expecting the usual customer service runaround—but instead, I got a response from Dave, who I believe is the owner. And let me tell you, he is an absolute legend.

Not only did he immediately work with me to figure out the best solution, but he also made the entire process as smooth as possible. He even went the extra mile and overnighted the correct key to get me back up and running ASAP—fixing my own mistake with incredible kindness and urgency.

You don’t see this level of care and dedication often, especially from a business owner directly. It’s clear that Dave truly values his customers, and that alone makes this company worth supporting. If you’re on the fence about buying, don’t be. The product is great, but the service? Even better.

The Genie Hand Safes are very well built and offer several models to choose from at various price points to fit your needs. The safe arrived on time. The number one thing you notice first is that the customer service is definitely outstanding to say the least. They took the time to answer all my questions and made certain I selected the safe that fit my needs the best.

I recently ordered the Time Lock Countdown Safe, and it arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the unit was faulty. I understand that, no matter how reliable a product is, occasional manufacturing errors or damage during transit can happen. That said, I immediately contacted Geniehand's customer service and spoke with Dan he handled the situation swiftly. He apologized for the faulty unit and sent a replacement right away. As a thoughtful gesture, he even told me I could keep the original one as a mechanical safe. This level of customer service is truly impressive, and I’m really grateful for how smoothly everything was resolved.

These guys are awesome!! When I had gotten my safe, it was pretty badly damaged from the delivery, but these guys came through and gave me a brand new safe! And the New Safe is Great!!

I recently purchased the small Time Lock Safe from Genie Hand and am quite pleased. The instructions are clear, the safe is well-built without any vulnerable parts, and the customer service is outstanding, responding quickly even outside regular hours. Over the years, I've noticed that they've made improvements to the product, fixing previous issues with the timer and battery compartment. The safe is sturdy and works flawlessly, striking a perfect balance between being affordable and reliable. When I lost my keys, their prompt response and quick shipment of a replacement impressed me. While my previous version had some minor issues, the new model feels like the best on the market. Overall, Genie Hand's dedication to quality and customer satisfaction makes them worth the investment.

The safes are awesome when they are working. But I have bought 3 and two have stopped working. I don’t know how I could return them as they are so heavy, so basically when they stop working you are losing almost $400. So great idea, but a bit of a risky purchase if they break.

Buying the timelock safe was a rigorous measure to attend some issues i have. The ( techical) service on phone and by e-mail aswell was adequate and unconventional. SMB

Very happy with my purchase of the timer safe lock. After about a year the lock got sticky and forcing the lock didn’t help open it. I was able to have it repaired quickly and continue to be a very happy customer!

A timed safe is not a common product to find. There are cheap plastic things or very expensive and difficult safes. Genie Hand Timed Safe was affordable, sturdy and works flawlessly. When I lost my keys, they responded immediately from Italy and Fedex'ed a new one within days. I am rarely impressed these days with any products or companies. I am, however, very impressed with Genie Hand.
